Now, over a year later, after a parade of "we'll be out in a couple weeks!" every time I called, they still haven't come out to fix the roof of my garage, which only got worse over the winter and now I'm looking at having to replace the rear wall of the garage as well. I don't know if they kept moving more lucrative repair jobs up in front of mine, or if they literally somehow forgot about me, over and over and over, but it doesn't matter; I now have even more expensive repairs to sort out due to their lack of action.
