I call back and get transferred, and this person now says oh let me see what we can do for you, give us 24 - 48 hours. This guy calls me and leaves me a voicemail. I call back, he answers and says my name, then asks why I am calling him. I say that I am returning his call, he the proceeds to say oh well we can't do anything for you. I ask him if they want to try to give me a quote or earn my business. He pushes it off and says oh okay well thanks and hangs up on me. I have never come across such an unprofessional and rude company. I was quoted $98,000+ for a metal roof. An absolutely crazy quote but no email, no follow up, just an initial quote. I guess that's why they don't care to have good customer service or actually follow up with customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The absolute worst unprofessional customer service.

I just checked with Michigan roofing codes and there is no such change in layers. Double layer is acceptable in all Michigan cities. I also checked Go To Roofing for verbiage. Posted on their site shows they do double layer roofing. I don't like being conned. I believed rep as being trustworthy. I did have an option but it wasn't given to me. We had new windows put in our home by Freedom Roofing Windows and Siding by their New Bern NC…read morebranch. It was a nightmare. I should have cancelled the project when they came out FIVE times to measure for windows by several different people. I thought they were being thorough but it actually meant they had NO IDEA how to measure. Well now we've spent months arguing with them about the windows not being the appropriate size because after they installed them, my siding DID NOT fit. They are literally off by 1-2 inches. The project manager's explanation was that "sometimes that happens" which was utter BS because I'm quite confident he knew he messed up royally and didn't want to have to deal with it. He said they would not replace all the windows. We had another contractor come out and pull the window apart and basically said it was wrong and he measured them all wrong. I even questioned him during the installation when two of the windows were grossly undersized and they didn't nail one side of the windows to the house, so he used spray foam to fill in the gap and drilled screws through the side of the frame and said that's how you fix it. They also did a horrific job of installing an exterior door which they came back and fixed. Well they came and replaced those two windows. Josh had them to agree to fix 13 more but we are over it & i dont need mis-matched windows all over. So we decided we would just have to reside the entire house because it's hurricane season and I've got siding loose around every window. We consulted an attorney who we can't afford, with 3k retainer and 300 an hour (and an unknown amount of hours it would take) and their home office is in Ohio so we'd have to probably get another attorney in Ohio for that with no guarantee we'd ever see any money from them for their epic failure. To top it off it's a Veteran Owned Company who totally screwed over two veterans. So lesson learned and do NOT recommend Freedom Roofing Windows and Siding out of New Bern NC for any jobs!

I don't know if they kept moving more lucrative repair jobs up in front of mine, or if they literally somehow forgot about me, over and over and over, but it doesn't matter; I now have even more expensive repairs to sort out due to their lack of action.
