He said he would be out the next day but would call when he was on his way since I was going to be home all day. NO CALL NO SHOW. on Monday 6:21 pm Keith sent a text saying he left quote in mailbox , I was at home but he chose not to come to the door. On Tuesday I got the quote thought it was high and since I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income that I should wait. Since it was a quote and not an agreement for service I did not respond. On Saturday 11/29 Keith sent me a text asking me for my thoughts on the quote. I told him it was higher than I thought and that i was going to wait until March . Keith started berating me over texts which I saved telling me he spent $13 dollars to send that quote and that his rate is over a $100.00 per hour and I wasted his time and Money That since there is a distance between us and he is soo busy he would get there when He got there and on and on Even told me to call another company which he named that they would do it cheap but would steal my diamond earrings and so much more.
