I called KBJ Professional services in Monroe Mi on 11/22/2025 for a quote on washing my windows inside and out. I spoke to Keith. He said he would be out the next day but would call when he was on his way since I was going to be home all day. NO CALL NO SHOW. on Monday 6:21 pm Keith sent a text saying he left quote in mailbox , I was at home but he chose not to come to the door. On Tuesday I got the quote thought it was high and since I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income that I should wait. Since it was a quote and not an agreement for service I did not respond. On Saturday 11/29 Keith sent me a text asking me for my thoughts on the quote. I told him it was higher than I thought and that i was going to wait until March . Keith started berating me over texts which I saved telling me he spent $13 dollars to send that quote and that his rate is over a $100.00 per hour and I wasted his time and Money That since there is a distance between us and he is soo busy he would get there when He got there and on and on Even told me to call another company which he named that they would do it cheap but would steal my diamond earrings and so much more. Went on a raciest tirade within a few minutes of being on my property so I told him his services were no longer needed, he hadn't done any work yet just unloaded tools and got ready. He then threatens to call the cops if I don't pay him for his time spent and when I let him know the cameras on my house record sound and video 24/7 he got visibly red and stormed off. read more

I can'e even give this guy a one star. We contracted him to clean our gutters, which includes tightening them down and replacing any needed damaged screw. He came to the house to look at it and gave us an estimate of $325. Marked down from $400. ON the estimate he added multiple other services that had a price, but were then marked down. Now I know this trick from my brother who works in retail. You mark something up $2, then mark it down $1 and tell people it's on sale. Things that sat on the shelf for months that never moved all the sudden flew off the shelves because people thought they were getting a sale. So this guy was scheduled to come out on a Saturday at 1pm. At approximately 3pm he calls saying his last job went over and he would be there by 4-4:30. He shows up at 6:15, says the last job went over and his phone died. Then he says he lives around the corner and has to go home to get his ladder and the job will only take one hour. At that point I wanted to tell him to forget it because I have a big two story house and I knew it would take more then one hour, plus I spent my whole sunny warm Saturday waiting for this jerk. But my husband said lets just get it done. So this guy shows back up 20 or so minutes later, walks around the house and tells my husband that he didn't realize the house was so big and now he wants $450! Really??? He came out the house and saw it when he left the quote in our mail box. So either he was tired and did not want to do it or this was a bait and switch, either way he is a crook. Not sure how he operates business, but he treats customer service people at stores horribly. When I confronted him about being rude and condescending, he proceeded to tell me how much money his business made, as if that means he gets a pass to be a Dick. He then sent me a screenshot of a "satisfied" customer, but did not blur out the number. Be careful with your personal information with this business, because he will give it away to anyone. read more
