Their workers were here making sure the system worked for 5 hours and they were professional, approachable, and easy to talk to the entire time. I initially was very pleased with what Sam and his crew could do. They cleaned up an overgrown mess…read moresince I was ill and I was pleased. But the next season came and I paid him money for services that would include the spring and fall, and signed up for a weeding contract. He was unable to keep the money straight and couldn't remember what we had discussed. He did send receipts but the details weren't complete. Also, I was charged less money if I paid in cash but there was no paper trail for that. He said part of that money was down payment for a fence when I had already paid a much larger sum in a different payment for the fence. It never really was cleared up. When the fence was installed I knew it looked more flimsy compared to what I had before but I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. But as the season progressed, we had many mishaps will boards easily knocked out by my dogs, boards that were glued rather than nailed and easily pushed through, and just not level and sturdy. He admitted that he had gotten the fence from a local home store rather than the fencing company he had quoted. That made it very clear why the product is less than desirable. Now I am stuck with this inferior product and needed to find someone else to work on my property. When my dog broke through one more board and I contacted him to work on it, I found that he had blocked me on FB on his company page and has blocked my phone number. So unprofessional. Do NOT hire Sam and his crew. They can do the work but they are kids and unprofessional. You don't know what you're going to get. Responding to Sams reply, I wanted the panels from American Fencing as he told me he would. I would give anything to have that material that he promised and would have been willing to pay more to get what I asked for. And now, I would love for him to unblock me so that he could tend the needs that are still issues with the fence. My dog is rough, but never got through and had issues with the original portions of the fence from the fencing company. Shame on you Sam for blocking me and refusing to help me when I am still having issues with the product. And yes, the product is. It what I wanted. He knew I was having issues with my dog getting out which is why I contacted him to put one in. I had had a few panels of American Fencing that was strong and the rest was split rail. I needed to have it all be privacy fencing so he couldn't jump. The issues with my previous fence was not quality just the height. So the quality of fencing IS the issue. The wood is thinner and the cross boards are several inches higher thus causing more "give" on the bottom of the fence. I am so very disappointed and Sam should replace this. But he is too busy being defensive and not willing to admit he gave me an inferior product and not what he told me I was getting.

A treasure hunt but no gold to be found. So they tore up the left side of the driveway and bingo the found the line. They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way.
