That would have been fine, if it had happened. However, all of our communication happened via Yelp, and I never provided them with a phone number (nor did they ask for one), only the address of the property (which has been redacted in the pictures). And when I checked my phone records there were no calls placed to my phone from the business line listed, nor did they provide me with an alternate number they had called from.

He…read moreknows the business well after 30+ years and will work you into his schedule if it's an emergency. He has a crack staff that can be assembled in hours, even on weekends to accommodate any emergency. How do I know? I had a 60-70 ft tree about 15 feet from my house near several power lines. The trunk rapidly split down the middle. And of-course it had to happen on a Saturday morning so it was after hours. Steve made my problem his priority after calling him. He quoted, rallied his crew, and had it on the ground, cut up, shredded, and cleaned up within SIX hours !!! That was the most impressive feat I've seen for any contractor I hired. Everyone of his staff was professional. He made it a point to preserve my front lawn during the removal process. He also returned a day or two later to grind out the stump, a 30 min task for him. He may not be the lowest quote for tree service, but you are gaining the piece of mind that he'll solve your tree problem FAST and EFFECTIVE. Two things that matter when dealing with any tree problem.

Big swing will without a doubt be referred to all of our family/friends for any and all tree services. They came today to cut down two MASSIVE pine trees we had in VERY tight conditions near our fence, home, and power lines. We are so happy we hired them to do this job for us. They came on time and worked nonstop until the job was done. The whole entire team worked so well together and they all seemed so happy to be there. It was SO fun to watch them climb up the trees and cut piece by piece to ensure our home's safety. When the job was done, they cleaned up as if the trees weren't even there to begin with. We swear they about vacuumed the yard because we know those pine trees were a MESS to begin with from all of the needles shedding. Not to mention they cut up and organized a ton of wood next to our shed because we wanted it as firewood! If you're considering getting very large trees (or any sized trees) removed, don't hesitate to give Big Swing the job! You won't regret it!!!
