I tipped $15, only to later realize I was also charged an additional 18% gratuity. I don't have an issue with gratuity being added, but it should be clearly stated on the menu or disclosed up front. As I was leaving, I noticed a chalkboard near the door that said gratuity is added after 9:00 PM. It was only 8:30 PM, so I went back inside to question the charge. The waitress told me the gratuity was added because the bill was over $100. That policy was not posted anywhere on the menu or on the chalkboard. As a result, the server was tipped twice. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

It was clean, the beer was nice and cold, and the potato skins were good, but after one round we left. No drink list, no specials, no happy hour. There was one server for the whole place and she was busy. She cashed us out, and not one of the three new servers on the next shift came around (not even looked at us) for us to get another round or asked if we wanted food. It smelled like weed, so after waiting 15 minutes with empty glasses and mugs, we left to go to the burger bar down the street. Disappointed.

The lunch combo lets you choose two options from a half sandwich, half salad, or a cup of soup, which is perfect when you want variety without a huge portion. My sister ordered the BLT with cheddar potato soup and really enjoyed both. I went with the pot roast & cheese sandwich and an Asian-style fried chicken salad. The sandwich was excellent. Tender, moist pot roast piled generously on crunchy, buttery grilled bread with plenty of melted cheese. Definitely comfort food done right. The salad was surprisingly good too, topped with crispy onions and a peanut-style dressing that added great flavor and texture. Of course, we couldn't skip the famous Bob Evans biscuits, which were warm, buttery, and slightly crisp on the outside. We also tried the new Cowboy Fries topped with gravy and cheese, which honestly reminded me of poutine and were delicious. Before leaving, we grabbed a full-size pot roast soup to-go for $7.99 along with extra biscuits, which made for an easy heat-and-serve dinner later. Service was quick, we were seated immediately, and there's plenty of parking. The location is convenient, close to I-75, gas stations, and coffee shops. With breakfast available anytime and lots of menu choices, it's an easy, reliable stop. Great food, good value, and I'd definitely return.

Thank you my wife had her usual rise and shine dish while I tried their breakfast sandwich platter. Our meals were brought out piping hot and well presented! Keep up the great work!

It was fairly crowded when we got there - a good indication since it was 1:00 pm on a Wednesday. a server was with us immediately and we had drinks in no time. same with placing our orders & receiving our food - fast & friendly. my brothers ham & bean soup looked delicious it was easy to tell it was homemade. my corned beef & pastrami w Swiss & Cole slaw on grilled rye - called the Detroit Shocked Sandwich - made my mouth water looking at it and was just as tasty as it looked. Plus let me tell you they do not skimp on anything You get a STACK of meat on it. It was all I could do to finish half of it. my family is originally from the Detroit area where they have some of the best delis and I can confidently say that Omega would fit right in. I haven't had a sandwich like that since going to one of the Detroit Delis that specialize so I'm over the moon after eating at Omega. It was $16.95 for my sandwich. I think that price is on point when you take a look at how much a fast food combo runs these days. You definitely get your moneys worth at Omega. Plus you get to sit back and have great service from a very friendly attentive waitstaff. My brother having been there many times also said they've tried a lot of other things on the menu and there's nothing that has disappointed them. His wife particularly enjoys their breakfast. So if you are down in Grand Blanc or even if you aren't - it's worth a little drive - stop in and give Omega a try!
