I follow the instructions to the letter, re-box when needed and print the QR code for them to scan because often times I am not the one returning the item physically. The owner, clerk or package handler, or whatever her title may be is EXTREMELY RUDE and seemingly finds fault with everything. They sell Miles Talbot slipcovered sofas and have one as soon as you enter the store. They sell inexpensive fabrics (if I recall correctly around 6-10/yard for nothing fancy fabric), as well as, Robert Allen, Kravit, and other designer fabrics etc. Please understand this is not like a Joann's, Walmart, or Hobby Lobby fabric store; just an fyi. Cotton Capers has more of a designer selection. The ladies that work here are so kind and helpful. I find it best to arrive shortly after they open as they do get busy later in the day. Lastly, they have a backlog of work and it will take a couple of months to get custom made drapery etc completed.
