I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. Luckily I have the text thread between us when they admitted the damage and said they would pay us back. He hadn't even paid us what we paid him ($717+) for replacing our broken windshield with another broken windshield and damaging our car extensively. Came to our home and did $3000 damage to my Mercedes Benz. Replaced my cracked windshield with another cracked windshield. Tore out pieces of interior leather. Scratched interior leather and parts of exterior all around windshield. Had to have car towed to dealership. Siding of windshield blew off on highway. Nothing recalibrated ie windshield defrost, cameras, windshield seal not replaced. Installed a cheap Japanese brand windshield not compatible with car. Felt ring blowing through sides of windshield first time I drove it. Was at our home for hours. Left trash, equipment, black smudges inside car. Car was at Mercedes for 3 months being repaired. Zero damage to my car except cracked windshield prior to Chris Edward's service. At first said they would reimburse and make it right then refused. Sent a letter of demand from our attorney. Still refused to pay. Next step is a lawsuit. DO NOT USE!
