Scheduled an auto front window chip repair (which is time sensitive) so the damage does not spread. I had to call him 15 minutes after when he was supposed to be there.Then he gave me another time later that day. he did not show up again. I had to call him again. Had a great price to replace glass in my truck, so i locked in appointment for 2 days later. He never showed and never answered many phone calls or texts. Tried again the day after the missed appointment and after several texts and calls he finally answered and said he had family emergency. That's not a problem but what is a problem is completely ignoring a customer when they send about 15 texts and call multiple times and missing the appointment without contacting the customer. I then asked if he could do it the next week and he never answered me. If you can get him to show up that's great cause he has the best price around, but you better have a backup plan in case he doesn't show up! read more
