Brad didn't try to talk me into anything extra, he just made some recommendations and explained everything thoroughly as to why it was necessary and a good idea to do while it's already apart. Conventional oil changes start at $35.99 and include a bevy of more service than your standard oil change. They check and top off all the fluids, check lights, tires, and even vacuum your floors. When you're all said and done, there is a free car wash to boot. Staff is incredibly helpful and don't really try to sell you too many extras like other shops. Air filter was definitely bad but the attendant said it wasn't "pressing." I decided to change the filter anyways. Will definitely return.

I had a bunch of questions, as an out-of-towner who was having some car trouble; the Front Desk Guy was super helpful. Waited for s/thing like an hour at least - they were short staffed. Very happy with my oil change. ONLY prob: they seem to have disconnected my wiper fluid tube, and I had to pay another mechanic to reattach it. If I'd been A Local, I'd have just taken it back and requested replair, but it took me a few days to realize & by that time I was already getting other work done. In sum: I'd go back; my car did run more smoothly after; DON'T GO DURING LUNCH HOUR or other high-volume moment. Would also not go right before getting on the road, leaving town. 4/5 stars

We took our vehicle there for a standard oil change and the mechanic broke the valve off our tire. He didn't offer to pay for the repair or even a portion of it - didn't even offer a free oil change. Instead, we were told to just take it to the tire store. When we did, we were told that mechanics should know not to force the valve as it could be corroded. We returned to Quality Lube with the tire repair receipt and I was berated and talked down to, I presume because I am a woman and women apparently "may not know what rust is." Was he kidding? The mechanic then said it fell off in his hand even though when it initially happened he admitted he had to force it. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life by a business owner (yes, the actually owner) and I urge anyone looking for an oil change to go elsewhere since...especially if you're a woman.

I was told they don't provide quotes unless the vehicle is in the shop by appointment. When I explained that my Jeep was already there, I was still met with a dismissive response. I also asked for a rough estimate on the cost of the parts and was told they couldn't provide any information, only that labor was around $150 per hour. I completely understand that every repair is different and that an exact quote may require an inspection. My disappointment wasn't with their policy, it was with the way I was treated. The interaction felt abrupt, unfriendly, and lacking the customer service I would expect from a business trying to earn a new customer's trust. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way. I went in to speak my concern with brake work that had been done and what I was charged for. They took pictures and stated that I would hear from someone on Monday (this was early Friday). I took my 3500 truck in to have a vibration looked at. Told them to inspect the suspension and brakes. They called and told me the front rotors were warped and the rears were glazed. They recommended to replace front and rear pads/rotors. I asked if the calipers were fine, Alexis stated they were fine. This is the first time I spoke with her, I started with Philip the manager. I agreed to have them do the front and rear pads/rotors. First thing the next morning I get another call from Alexis stating that all 4 calipers need to be replaced. I asked what changed since the inspection the previous day where I was told they were fine. She stated that they were all seized. They stated an additional almost $1800 for the calipers only. I declined and stated to just put it back together and I will pick it up early afternoon. Shortly after hanging up I received another call back from Alexis. She stated she was still going to have to charge me for the front and rear pads/rotors since I authorized this the previous day and that the work had already been performed. I acknowledged and was ok with this since I did approve the work. I arrived at the shop at 1:05, early afternoon like I stated. My truck is on the lift with rear and front tires off. I go in to ask for my truck, she stated that I said early afternoon for pick up. 1:05 is early afternoon to me. I asked why there is still old rotors on the back when I was told on the phone that the front and rear pad/rotors were already replaced. Alexis told me that they took the new stuff back off and put the old back on. I inquired about the logic behind this. The manager, Philip stepped over. I said to put it back together and I will pay for the work that had been done. I ended up paying for front pads/rotors. She stated they were having a hard time getting the calipers back on the front since there is new pads. I went to Art's auto and picked up all four calipers to change them out the next morning. When I took the front calipers off, I was shocked to see the lack of work performed. On the invoice I was charged 269.98 for pads/rotors which "includes cleaning and lubrication of brake components." They put brand new pads on, did not replace the shims with the new ones, nor did they clean or lubricant the old existing. They did not clean the slide pins at all. I went in and spoke to Alexis about this. Philip was off that day. I brought the old calipers in to show this lack of work that I was charged for. When I came in, I was polite, asked to speak about my bill and a concern I have to work that was done. I asked to speak in private so the waiting room people would not hear about the kind of work that was done. I was told that I would hear back from either Philip or his boss Dan. I did not hear back from either about my concerns of doing honest, good faith work. I 100% will not trust this place to do work again, nor would I recommend anyone else use them unless it's just putting tires on. I attempted to allow them to make it right and hear my concerns, which they chose not to do either. Disappointed to say the least. I wish this would let me post the pictures of how nasty the shims and slide pins were.
