On July 3, 2023 I took the car to Tuffy in Cadillac Michigan to have the oil checked and they found the oil to be excessive by 1 1/2 quarts. Way too much and they drained it down to the correct level.

Brad Smith and his team are great. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They were able to get my Lexus in and change the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, brakes and more in short notice. Brad didn't try to talk me into anything extra, he just made some recommendations and explained everything thoroughly as to why it was necessary and a good idea to do while it's already apart. I suspected my brakes were at their life end. I called them with a tight window to get it done and they were able to schedule me in less than a week. They did a full inspection and found some additional legit issues that had they not caught them, I would have likely been regretting the trip with a breakdown. Ended up getting the serpentine belt done and front joints on 4WD done. Recent reviews concerned me but my experience was great, they got everything done in time, and the long trip was flawless. They waived the inspection fee as well. Can't speak to others experience but mine has always been good here. Been using them since 2019.
