Having never done any home renovation before, I was a little overwhelmed. But George made the entire process easy and extremely fun! He made sure he truly understood my vision and guided me with expert insight. The week of the renovation itself was an unforgettable experience - of joy! Poor quality and craftsmanship! I've been hesitant to write…read morethis review but decided to do it to warn others. If I could give no stars, I would. They were difficult and unprofessional. We purchased a house and our builder contracted suburban kitchen company to install the kitchen and it was poorly done to say the least. Screws and wood were exposed throughout the entire kitchen and there was a lot of damage during transportation and installation. They were very difficult when we asked them to fix the damages. We also paid extra for a Quartz island countertop...and you guessed it, there was also damage to that! When we asked them to replace it; instead of doing so, they cut the countertop slab altogether and tried to pass it off as a new piece. Our Island was then shorter by a few inches, not enough for leg room. We then set up a meeting with the owner of suburban kitchen to talk about the kitchen installation (since he's never seen any of the completed work) and he failed to show up!!! How unprofessional. Long story short, we had to contact the builder (who is very accommodating) to have them replace the countertop and fix the cabinets. What a nightmare. Don't use them if you're planning to redo your kitchen unless you plan on measuring every single inch of your kitchen!

I did write in the order comments to "Please packaged carefully so the contact paper does not get crushed or creased or crinkled" as for the purpose of the contact paper I need it to be smooth and in good condition. Quite frankly I am surprised at the complete lack of care when it came to packaging. It was just placed in a padded envelope but obviously an item of this nature needs more protection. A cylindrical or tube packing of hard cardboard is much more appropriate. Even if they had put extra bubble wrap around it, it would have been better protect. Padded envelopes are still quite flimsy and can bend. Everytime I contact Brian, who promises to call me or email me back but never does, there is a different story as to why I have not yet received a refund. Shady crooks. I now have to hound them for my money back.

But communication about returning the product was great. I never received a refund. All email communication stopped.
