Poor quality and craftsmanship!
I've been hesitant to write this review but decided to do it to warn others.
If I could give no stars, I would. They were difficult and unprofessional. We purchased a house and our builder contracted suburban kitchen company to install the kitchen and it was poorly done to say the least. Screws and wood were exposed throughout the entire kitchen and there was a lot of damage during transportation and installation. They were very difficult when we asked them to fix the damages.
We also paid extra for a Quartz island countertop...and you guessed it, there was also damage to that! When we asked them to replace it; instead of doing so, they cut the countertop slab altogether and tried to pass it off as a new piece. Our Island was then shorter by a few inches, not enough for leg room. We then set up a meeting with the owner of suburban kitchen to talk about the kitchen installation (since he's never seen any of the completed work) and he failed to show up!!! How unprofessional.
Long story short, we had to contact the builder (who is very accommodating) to have them replace the countertop and fix the cabinets. What a nightmare. Don't use them if you're planning to redo your kitchen unless you plan on measuring every single inch of your kitchen! read more
