There is a sale section and it's impossible to find - clearance item sales are final, but there were some treasures. [One of the college students working here wasn't genuinely helpful - seemed like his first job and he didnt want to actually do any work. I sort of felt bad for him in the sense that if he just put in some work, the day would go by faster and he'd probably be a happier guy.] Drew helped me out and was great. He helped me get the sizes I needed and seemed to genuinely want to help me. He didn't mind when I couldn't decide what size I wanted and when I asked that they hold multiple sizes for me. Their t-shirts have "frockets" and I'm not a fan of those - Drew found me two shirts without a frocket when I couldn't find them myself. Checkout was a breeze and they insisted on folding my clothes. Overall, there are some pretty nice items in the store. But, the prices are very high, some of the clothing is unrealistically "preppy," and the overall feel of the store is very stuffy. I'm giving them 4 stars due to Drew's awesome customer service, the awesome sports shirt I found and the nice couple of polos I got (despite the fact that most of them are way too pastely). Now I'm wavering on giving the store 3 stars... oh well.

Over the years I have relied on DSW for casual to dress shoes, stopping in when ever a need...or an itch is had. First things first though, when I enter, I immediately scope the clearance section at the back of the store first. If I do not find anything of interest there, then I hit the main aisles. While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

Showed up to retrieve the item and the order wasn't ready. Mind you kind of in a rush for a birthday function and needed this for a gift. We were told we had to wait. Lady searched through the computer and claimed she didn't have an order for us. Mind you we have email proof. During this time you'd think the store was super packed with how long we were having to wait to get 1 coat that's clearly still hanging up in the store. Finally the order was found in their computer and they could go and retrieve the items. If we were treated with better customer service, more grace would be extended considering the computer error. Due to the poor customer service we received from being questioned if we're sure we purchased the item after providing proof, I'm not sure how quick I'll be yo shop at this particular Ann Taylor location again.

I came in to return two clearly defective items for store credit bc I already purchased the replacements (as seen in my lululemon app). Instead of helpful service, I was told by the manager Collin--repeatedly--that "it's policy" to only do even exchanges, with no explanation. When I tried to express my concerns, he accused me of "having an attitude." Another manager, Brantley/Berkley, then approached in an intimidating manner that made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. He stood watching over me with his arms crossed just to try and intimidate me -- just for returning items that don't live up to their quality! After finally giving me replacements, Collin cut the tags off the new items in front of me, again claiming it was "policy." I've shopped at Lululemon for two decades and have never seen this. When I asked to keep my original tag (as proof of purchase, which I paid for), he refused. I have video of the interaction, and the entire experience felt disrespectful and punitive. Lululemon, this is unacceptable for a company that value ls community, inclusive and basic customer service. Customers deserve transparency and basic respect--neither of which I received today.
