Because of their errors, I had to reschedule my project twice. Instead of trying to make it right, Jack Laurie asked me to pay MORE money for them to re-order the product I already paid for but did not receive. I eventually had to order it elsewhere because I could not reschedule again without losing my contractor. Still no refund from Jack Laurie and the manager won't return calls and even hung up on us.
