I struggling for months to get a small 26 Ft fence replaced in cedar. Before throwing in the towel, I decided to give one last effort for anther estimate. I sent a message to JJ"LL Do It directly from their website www.jjlldoit.com. I sent a message on Wednesday, without much information or pictures of what I even wanted. Jon texted and called me within hours to discuss my fence. He accommodated all my requests. He even did my estimate from outside without disturbing me, just as I requested. He called very soon after with an estimate. He was the only installer to answer my questions and concerns. He was very good at listening to what I wanted, and communicating the differences in costs and products. I was having a hard time explaining what I wanted, but Jon worked with me through entire process. The next day, he offered to get my fence rebuilt on Saturday. WOW! He also gave me a discount because my budget fell short for the fence I wanted. The morning of the install, somebody parked their trailer in the area next to my fence. Called and they came out same day to give us a quote for a possible kitchen sink leak. Didn't bring flashlight, which I understand that things happen. But what I didn't get was, why didn't the person ask for one from my husband(who was home during inspection). Said we left a lot of stuff in cabinet under sink, so wasn't able to properly see what was going on. I had a problem with a kitchen faucet that was leaking. I replaced the valve and it continued to leak. I called JJ'll Do It and got help in a few hours. Maria and Jose came out and Jose inspected the faucet and found that the valve housing was worn, would not seal and the cheapest way to fix the problem would be to replace it. I bought a new faucet and the next morning Jon came and fixed it. I was charged a fair price, the job was done quickly and the people were very nice. I'll use them again. read more

Day 1 of master bath remodel. I was really nervous about the remodel, not due to the quality of work, dealt with these guys before and they are phenomenal and do fantastic work. I have a long schedule, cardiac nurse, as I said I was nervous because the huminals, 3 dogs, were faced with strangers. I left a key and a letter for the owner with each dogs name, and the fact that they would escape at first opportunity to sniff the neighborhood. I recently used J.J. LL Do It for a large commercial project. I was a bit uneasy at first due as they primarily do residential work and this was a big job made up of many different elements; including complete remodeling of two very large bathrooms with extensive tile work on floor and walls, custom sheet rock work, demolition and installation of walls and the installation of a custom-made forty foot wide by twenty foot tall electronic display wall with a 200 inch display. They were also going to have to work around the business's twelve-hours-a-day operation. Jon, his wife Maria, his foreman Daniel and their entire crew did an exemplary job. Jon was able to coordinate things so the business was not disrupted and the various projects were completed on schedule, a very difficult task. Our family chose to hire JJ'LL Do It because we needed some guidance and someone dependable to remove all the old and install the new flooring. Jon and his crew are highly competent and they installed the flooring that we picked out. We worked closely with his wife and project manager Maria and received a written quote for the installation. The vinyl flooring and carpet were priced separately from the rest of the work which we liked because we decided the quality and price for exactly what we wanted. We wanted nice new floorboards throughout and Maria brought us several examples until we found the one we wanted. The existing carpet and two (2) layers of old linoleum were removed, surfaces all prepped (which took awhile to smooth/even out) and new wood-look vinyl interlock flooring and low pile carpet were installed.
