She found the right size vehicle within her price range, model year, and mileage. They let her take it for a test drive on Friday but she wanted to pray about it over the weekend. When she called on Monday to tell them she wanted it, they let her put a deposit on it via credit card and she picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. They were very helpful and not pushy at all. We have several friends who have purchased vehicles from them and they all had good things to say about the folks at Reisma which is why we went there. Great folks to deal with!

Alan was terrific and explained what was done, answered my questions and was extremely helpful. The charge was reasonable as well. Up until now my husband has always been able to fix my cars (he is out of town) so this was a new experience for me. It was a really good way to start.

I purchased a brand-new 2024 vehicle from Betten Baker Buick in January 2024, but the experience…read morehas been riddled with issues. The vehicle's mileage was inaccurately reported on an auto verification report, showing a discrepancy that made it appear as though the odometer had been rolled back. This discrepancy was entered by a dealership prior to my ownership, yet it has caused me significant problems, preventing me from selling the car. Potential buyers assume the odometer was tampered with, even though this error occurred before the vehicle was ever sold to anyone. In my opinion, the selling dealership should have taken responsibility for correcting this issue, but despite countless attempts to seek assistance--including speaking with new car sales managers, finance managers, and dealership sales managers--my requests were ignored, and the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not properly prepped or detailed upon delivery. It still had plastic protective stickers on the sill plates, floors, and other areas. During the purchase process, the dealership presented a window sticker listing features that were very important to us, including a "tech package" with lane change assist, adaptive cruise control, and automatic rain-sensing wipers. However, during the closing process, they pulled the incorrect window sticker three separate times. After noticing the discrepancies, we insisted that the sticker being used be verified against the physical VIN on the car. By this time, they assured us that the features remained the same as originally agreed upon. Unfortunately, three days after taking delivery of the vehicle, we discovered that it did not include the tech package or the key features we had prioritized in our purchase. While the dealership eventually took accountability for their mistake, they refused to undo the deal, leaving us stuck with a vehicle that did not meet our expectations or match what was originally promised. The manager brushed off our concerns and offered an oil change and 12 gallons of fuel as compensation--neither of which we were able to redeem. This dealership used to provide exceptional service, especially under the care of a former employee named Mason. Since his departure, however, the quality of service has declined significantly. Betten Baker appears committed to service only until the paperwork is signed--after that, accountability and customer care are nonexistent. Yesterday, I was able to rectify the AutoCheck history. This took countless hours of my time with absolutely no support from Betten Baker. FYI, VP's and Managers will not return calls if you need help outside something that benefits them.

The car was clean and drove well during our test drive. Everything seemed to be working properly and we checked the carfax. We were happy with the purchase. Until now. I learned today that the tires on the 2015 car are likely the original tires and are (and have been for some time) unsafe to drive on the highway. The mechanic at the Subaru dealership told me that we're lucky we haven't had a blow out and gotten into and accident or hurt. We have taken this car on long trips already and a lot of that has been on highways-- I am so glad nothing has happened. But I am furious that Good felt comfortable selling us a car that is unsafe to drive. We have not put so many miles on this car in two months that we have worn the tires down this much-- the mechanic today said they should have been replaced 2-3 years ago. I am sure that Good knew this but didn't want to spend the money. Sure, I can be blamed that I didn't check the tires. But to be honest, I wouldn't even know how to. And I think it's terrible that Good sold us a car with tires that they not only knew were unsafe, but on top of that, didn't bother telling us, either. I would have still bought the car and negotiated the price down and happily replaced the tires and given a good review. But the sneakiness about it is disgusting to me. Now I have to buy brand new tires on top of the price of the car and negligence of the staff. And thank the heavens that nothing happened to us before I found out. I wouldn't recommend buying here but if you do, bring someone who knows what to look for to check it all out. Don't blindly trust a dealership who clearly doesn't care about the safety of the cars driving off their lot!

Congratulations To; President & V-President…read more Michael Johnson & Mike Crane for GROOMING thier Corporate employee Dean Degroot and his key players Britt Bridge and Marcus Green into thinking that women are inferior to them. Thank you for teaching them that if a woman comes into your place of business alone it is their job to be sure she walks out with a car, but make sure the cost of her car is over at least $40,000. But if she is accompanied by a male over 30yrs of age then be careful. My daughter went into 1680 28th sw Wyoming 49519 Mi. store and was sold a repossessed car for 44,000. It had been in multiple car accidents in which you could tell from the dented up body,. This car had several dents all around it, scratches all across the hood that were clearly made from an angry person. The transmission was stalling, there was a smokey smell coming from under the hood into the car. The lights inside kept sticking, wheels where sqeaking, it had not been detailed, there was food at the roof of the inside of the car and much more. Once I witnessed what they sold her I took her right back to the company spoke with a Britt Bridges about what they had done told him this was unexceptable and he called the POLICE! We explain to the cops that Britt was angry because we would not except his excuses. We said he was angry because as women we were standing up to him and he did not like that! We then allowed the cops to view the evidence paperwork and price $44,000 they freak out as well. Nothing was done cops left no report. We reached out to Corporate to get more support on this issue as we were still unhappy. 3 days later we met with a Dean Degroot: He was an OutRight DISRESPECT Person I don't know how he is in his position we tried to lodge a complaint against Britt Bridges and he said no he won't allow it! We then made this sorry company draft a letter relieving my daughter of all responsibilities of this non funtionable car she has sihned it. Now I am looking to lodge a complaint against this company for fasley calling Police on myself and my daughter. Priceway Auto l pray that someone come and Audit your Wyoming store You are price gouging these women becauseyou know they need you. I pray that every person that read this that had a bad experience with you speak up! I pray that for every Woman that you have financially abused God would reveal who you are and close this company down for there wrong doing soon! Because your praying on the poor, the people your supposed to be helping your hurting.
