I called frustrated and was met with "well, several people reached out before you so we have to go through them first". Never was I told that before today once. If you're looking for a wheelchair van, do not bother with this place as you can wait 2 whole weeks for responses, reach out multiple times, and still get passed over. If I could give zero stars I would. I have attached pictures as proof of lack of response and for when I first reached out. Edit for a reply to their Google reply as I could not reply to it via Google: The owner's response makes this look like a "miscommunication," which is not accurate. Over the course of approximately two weeks, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the vehicle was still in the shop and that I would be contacted when it was available. At no point during that time was I informed that there was a line of interested customers or that others had priority. I chose to end the conversation because trust had already been broken. This dealership had multiple opportunities over two weeks to be transparent and chose not to be. I was not proactively contacted with an apology or clarification; instead, I had to reach out yet again to learn that the vehicle was effectively unavailable. Under those circumstances, it was reasonable to disengage rather than continue working with a dealership that had withheld material information. Also, I am not located in California, I am from Indiana so apologies for that not being reflected accurately.

I called Chysler and was informed this was in fact a gurley leep situation. It's mid July and Their now saying our car would be getting worked on the first week of August. Ironically at the edge of the Indiana lemon law time stance. Utterly unbelievable. IF it's ready that week we'll have 6 months car payments made for a vehicle we don't have. 6 months full coverage insurance on a vehicle i can't drive. Ive Lost multiple 1000's of dollars from my shipping job, which is why we got a 'dependable' vehicle to begin with. It's been a nightmare financially. We Would of had better luck off FB market place

They cannot communicate. My car was there for 2 months and I didn't get one phone call as to what's going on, after "Steve" told me he would be calling me twice a week with updates. The entire staff are a bunch of pathological liars (They lie to you when lying is not necessary). So after 2 months I started calling them. Every week I was told we'll have the car ready by the end of the week. A week passes by and 'nothing' no phone call, no car. this has been going on for the next 4 weeks. finally they said they finished it. When I went to pick up the car the body panels don't line up, bolts are missing on the undercarriage shield. The cover is flapping in the breeze. My headlight fogged up. A new scratch on the back of the car where they didn't do any work. To make the story short, their customer service (the entire staff) is pathetic. A bunch of losers who do not communicate well and cannot do even basic repairs. I had to take my car to another body shop in the Chicago area to get everything straightened out. NEVER AGAIN!!
