Thank you for teaching them that if a woman comes into your place of business alone it is their job to be sure she walks out with a car, but make sure the cost of her car is over at least $40,000. But if she is accompanied by a male over 30yrs of age then be careful. My daughter went into 1680 28th sw Wyoming 49519 Mi. store and was sold a repossessed car for 44,000. It had been in multiple car accidents in which you could tell from the dented up body,. This car had several dents all around it, scratches all across the hood that were clearly made from an angry person. The transmission was stalling, there was a smokey smell coming from under the hood into the car. The lights inside kept sticking, wheels where sqeaking, it had not been detailed, there was food at the roof of the inside of the car and much more. Once I witnessed what they sold her I took her right back to the company spoke with a Britt Bridges about what they had done told him this was unexceptable and he called the POLICE! We explain to the cops that Britt was angry because we would not except his excuses. We said he was angry because as women we were standing up to him and he did not like that! We then allowed the cops to view the evidence paperwork and price $44,000 they freak out as well. Nothing was done cops left no report. We reached out to Corporate to get more support on this issue as we were still unhappy. 3 days later we met with a Dean Degroot: He was an OutRight DISRESPECT Person I don't know how he is in his position we tried to lodge a complaint against Britt Bridges and he said no he won't allow it! We then made this sorry company draft a letter relieving my daughter of all responsibilities of this non funtionable car she has sihned it. Now I am looking to lodge a complaint against this company for fasley calling Police on myself and my daughter. Priceway Auto l pray that someone come and Audit your Wyoming store You are price gouging these women becauseyou know they need you. I pray that every person that read this that had a bad experience with you speak up! I pray that for every Woman that you have financially abused God would reveal who you are and close this company down for there wrong doing soon! Because your praying on the poor, the people your supposed to be helping your hurting.

Wasn't too happy with service they're nice until you refuse to buy a car off their lot. Most the…read morecars have body damage to them. The one I looked at was a Kia optima and it looked like someone attempted to rebadge the car then spray paint the front of it black? The car also had a top piece on it that looks like it was half assed glued on. So I decided to look at the black dodge dart that was on the lot. Back end had a couple dents no biggie but when I drove it the gas pedal kept popping back up forcing my foot up off the gas. So I drove it back and decided not to get that one but to look at the Chrysler 200 gray. The one gentleman started it up when my fiancé noticed white smoke come out of it. So he asked for the hood to be popped open and the vehicle was leaking coolant and oil. When brought up to the manager he said oh I'll bring that up to my tech guys. And when we informed him we weren't interested in any cars on the lot we got a "okay whatever" and he stormed inside the building mumbling Whatever he was while walking inside. Also some cars have rear bumper damage and scratches and dents on them. Let alone whatever issues they have mechanically. They never said thank you to us or even a simple bye have a great night. We drove over an hour to this place to look at the one car. The financing they use is sketchy. Asked me how many hours I drive a week is beyond strange. And to only offer a warranty for 30k miles says something as well and only for 30-90 days I believe. Also you have to do a zoom interview with the finance company. Which I also thought was very strange. Don't bother or even waste your time. They were friendly for about ten mins until my fiancé started asking questions about the car and if the car has had any accidents or such. Also financing took FOREVER. So unless you have about four hours to sit there just don't.

I called to ask if we could just pay off our car in cash or if it needed to be like on a card…read morebecause we finally saved enough money to pay it off and the girl literally was making fun of me because I didn't know my husband's Social Security number we just got married so I don't know it and then she goes since you don't know his Social Security number what's his last name so I tell her what the last name is and then she asked what's his first name but I couldn't understand her because she mumbled it so I said what, and she literally yelled in the phone what's his first name, like if you hate your job, then maybe find a different job because there is no reason that you need to be yelling in peoples phones especially when they're just trying to ask a simple question like if we're able to pay off the car in cash I figured it would just be a yes, or no question I literally cannot stand byriders. They are always so mean and always so quick to be yelling at their customers. I wish so bad we never bought from this place because we are always having issues.

I have interacted with the teller that won teller of the year last year & can absolutely see why she won! I have interacted with a teller that was in training & see why LMCU hired her! She has a long & prosperous career ahead of her! What a breathbof fresh air! The New Accounts Manager was quick, efficient & very welcoming,when we sat down to talk about depositing money in their bank! She was a pleasure to deal with. I had no qualms in trusting my money with LMCU! The amount of money- making programs, without lifting a finger, just blew my mind! This is a "Credit Union" after all! That was the Alpine Branch, then you go to Ravenna Branch & you probably have the sunniest, perky, yet professional, most willing to help group, of all the the Branches! I just automatically have a better day after visiting that branch! What a "Brilliant Branch" to visit & get your banking questions answered, bank problems solved, & money deposited! But then to put the "Cherry on top of the Sundea" I called LMCU & got a real person, quickly, "not being # 8 in the queue!" & spoke to the "Lovely Ms SATIN" She was so very helpful with a very big problem I'm having. She told me the truth, & now LMCU will get all my business! Too bad a credit union I've used since 1989 could not even do the little things like great Customer Service to keep a long standing customer like me! The LMCU banking staff has been disorganized, incompetent, and unresponsive on what should have…read morebeen a simple issue to resolve. It's difficult to reach a manager because they also seem to avoid any sense of responsibility to their customers. They've got their excuses down to an art form. Avoid at all costs.
