They "replaced" it and now my headlights don't work, doors no longer work and open door light is always on. They had it for a whole week to fix it and never did! I went today to buy a car at J.D .Byrider in Rolla with Matt as my salesman. It was the most unprofessional and terrible experience ever. I felt it was a SCAM from the time I told them I desperately needed a car. Big mistake. I never went to a car lot where over 25 cars are sitting there with no titles. Matt sd. "they will be coming in the mail in a couples of weeks". The 1 car I liked was the only one with a title. I tested drove it . On the windsheild it had a red sticker saying Not For Sale, but they were selling it to me. He told me they had cars 9 to 15,000 in range on their lot. That was a lie and the 2010 cute toyota matrix S they wanted me to pay 14,000 with 122,000 miles on it. They wanted me to pay $600 for 2 months and $430 a month car note for 4 years. On Google the same model as a 2013 is 12,200. NEWER. Matt was not a knowledgeable sales agent, wasn't confident and unsure. He could not tell me a price of any car on the lot his boss/ superviser he said she didn't know. NO ONE IN THE WHOLE BYRIDER KNOWS THE PRICE OF ANY CAR UNLESS YOU GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BEING APPROVED! I told him so "It's over your pay grade" and he said his boss's too. I was on time with my payments. My car was deemed a total loss through my insurance only owed little over $9,000 insurance. Paid 7600 only ended up owing a little over 1800 but then they want to try to charge me interest and fees on a vehicle that I don't even have and when I question them about it and told them that I don't see it anywhere in my contract. They are absolutely horrible with their service and their cars are horrible piece of shit cars they break down on you all the time have several problems at a time and several after another they don't provide loaner cars and they are rude and uncourteous and disrespectful. They make you wait over 2 weeks for service at the service department make you drop off the car and leave it for several days and they lie. They won't trade in the cars for a better one no matter how many problems you have in a short amount of time. My car keeps having tons of issues and problems has nonstop since I got it. And I have not even had it 4 months. Didn't even have it a week not even a day before it had problems. After you make the payment (the same day they boot it) and call them to tell them and ask them to take the boot off. They don't answer and their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message either. Worst company to deal with. I had 2 cars through them and made my payments on time for 3 years. I got into some financial trouble and they booted my wife's car after only being 19 days late. They were going to leave her stranded in a parking lot on her lunch break. They only removed the boot after my wife told them she received a letter that gave us 2 more weeks to pay. They sold me a lemon 04 f150 that was in the shop at least 15 times in 3 years . Buyer beware the management is the worst i have ever dealt with. Very rude. We bought a Kia from this lot and was told our warranty will cover any problems our insurance will not cover. 2 months after we purchased the vehicle, the pedal to the gas broke off! JD Byrider sated they can not fix the gas pedal. The car is sitting in the parking lot unable to be driven without a gas pedal. Thomas who sold us the vehicle apologized that JD Byrider can not help us and wished us the best of luck. The general manager Josh Flaminio thinks acceptable to not pay a mother her last week's paycheck from working in the sales department. He thinks it's acceptable to pay her $0 for a full week of work. The sales guys are wonderful but Josh won't let them sell you a car unless you have a minimum of $500-$1000 down or good credit. I had purchased two cars from them and had had a positive experience until now. I traded my car that I was currently purchasing from CNAC. I owed per my receipt $7999. I traded my car on October 18,2021. Auto nation called to inquire about my payoff balance...On October 22nd CNAC pulled $239 from my account. I called financing and told them that they knew I traded in my car. I was told that once they receive payment from Autonation, I would receive a check for my money that was paid. Two weeks later, no check. When I called CNAC I was told that all that was due to me was $27! Autonation called to finalize my title transfer and CNAC told Autonation that I owe $8026, not $7760 ($7999 minus the $239 they took after I traded in the car) So not only does the remaining amount go into my new loan, but I also was screwed out of the money they took after I traded in my car! Please PLEASE don't buy a car from these people. I am two and a half years in with my poniac grand am. They promise things under warrenty and they're not. My car is a 2004 and I've spent over 15,000 on this car. Everytime I bring it in for the CONSTANT problems it has it comes back and works great for about a day until we have problems again with it. They never actually fix what's wrong with my car, they're using me for my money and because I was young and naive when I bought the car. I've had everything but the transmission pretty much fixed with this car. My car has been sitting in their shop probably longer than its been outside of their shop. (Saw the manager the other day and he looked at me and said "dang your cars in our shop AGAIN?") When they first sold me the car our brakes went out not even a month into having it. My belt has had to be replaced 4-5 including the belt they're about to have to replace AGAIN. They had to tow my car twice and pay for the towing cause they kept sending back my car saying it was fixed and the next morning shit wouldn't start. They have absolute SHIT ASS CARS.
