Also, their loans are not assumable, so if you get divorced, they make you refinance to get your spouse's name off the loan. So my 3% rate was going to double simply to get his name off. Little did I know you CANNOT get a new one via the fraud dept or through your account on the web...you have to call "customer service" (it's in quotes for a reason) or go to a branch. Seeing as I live in southern Summit County, the nearest branch is an hour away. "Customer Service" is an hour wait on the phone. When I asked them to call me via a message through online banking, I was asked to call customer service. Did they not read it? Now I know the frustration my girlfriend experiences when she claims I don't listen to her.

Right way only had one vehicle supposedly that they could place her in with her loan amount that she was approved for. And that was 2018 Nissan Versa. We found out after the fact that this Vehicle was in a complete Roll over and even painted from RED to Black. They did not supply a vehicle Maintenance report of everything that was fixed. And the Sales Ladies rushed her threw all the paperwork, so she had no time to read over anything. She only had the vehicle 2 months, and the front wheel guard started to melt as she was driving it. Then there was the mass air flow Sencer that went bad, then there was a smell of melting wires every time she used the heater or A/C. We took it back to Right Way. They stated well that's you're fault you should have contacted use sooner. And we can only suggest you go get a diagnostic Check on it. Diagnostic Check come back with a PRICE of $1,112.05 for everything that needs fixed. Then come back and we can see what we can do for you. Went back a week later and they were willing to work with her. Problem was they wanted to put her into a CHEVY BOLT EV with bad rear Roaters. Like I said they don't do any MAINTENCE on any of their USED VEHICELS. Right Way is a scam place. And makes people not want to buy a vehicle anywhere. Do to the fact that they are afraid they will be scammed aging. And the only was to get out of any of their contracts with any of their LEANDERS is to pay off the LOAN AMOUNT.

They gave me an estimate for something like $500 (this happened last fall) but then recommended that the scrape was superficial enough that it should be fine with just some touch up paint. They ordered in the touch up paint, painted it for me, and only charged me the cost of the paint! Amazing! My wife also had a significant repair done by Lossmans, and now you cannot tell which side of the car was repaired.
