I just spent half an hour trying to find a goddamn phone number to call and talk to someone. I will have to drive to a branch tomorrow to ask this very simple question. I don't know why the hell anybody would want to have an account with this bank! I've been with community first bank... Now Providence Bank... For almost 20 years. There is no way in hell I would ever switch to any other bank especially Regions Bank. On top of all that, their hours suck. They close at 4 o'clock. And no... I will NOT apologize for swearing.

The Belleville female teller/personal banker with the bad teeth at this location was super disrespectful to me. On day one, I was patient and ignored her lack of professionalism. I had to return to the bank on day two and she was super disrespectful again. I was in no mood to be mean, arrogant or disrespectful. Once I explained why the representative sent me in the bank, she immediately yelled, Maam! we don't do that. I responded, I'm sorry I was informed the transaction could only be handled in person. She yelled again, in front of my niece. My niece asked me why are you tolerating this and she didn't even say hello to you. The female teller with the bad teeth had already walked into the manager's office yelling I DONT KNOW WHY THEY SENT HER HERE CAN YOU DEAL WITH HER as if I was a problem when clearly, she was the issue. The manager at this location did not show any empathy nor did she apologize for her ghetto employee after witnessing it all. It appears she has no backbone as a manager. The issue was all over credits the customer service rep on the 800 line stated only the branch could transfer to new Spend Card. Why would I enter a bank unless sent there. Also, the fraud team already approved and explained the process. The male guy Tom with eh 8 kids decided to be an investigator and interrogated me with questions as if I was a damn thief. He even asked me why did I get a credit from Targets and Commerce (racist). It was to my knowledge all that was processed and he had no business asking me anything. According to the representatives on the 800 number.; I am so grateful my actual business accounts and personal checking IS NOT WITH COMMERCE BANK....... As for the female teller/personal banker with the BAD TEETH I told her next time you decide to be mean and rude make sure your dental defects are nice, and you have a smile on your face..... (good customer service) My niece was sad after the horrible treatment I received as my witness. EXPOSE RUDE PEOPLE OR IT WILL HAPPEN TO OTHERS

From start to finish, it's never more than 3-4 minutes. Since BoB is a hometown bank, there's only one ATM, but what is so great is that they refund every ATM fee as a convenience for only having their one machine. Free checking. Free online banking. No account minimum. Easy deposit and withdrawal. I can't say enough good about this bank. Enough with the big national chains.
