I was willing to pay them to fix it at their cost. I thought this was reasonable. The answer was "no." Would have been a super-happy customer if it wasn't for this. I was willing to pay for some of the repair, and felt that since this was a "known issue" when I drove it off the lot they should have met me "1/2 way" on it. Would not recommend buying from them.

They couldn't figure it out so I went somewhere else. Recently we took our car in for an oil leak. It took them two days to figure out what was leaking...some oil valve. They changed it, we drive it home and the low oil pressure light cane on, We were down 2 quarts of oil; one would think that if you're doing something about an oil leak , you would check the oil before you give it back to the customer.

Saw a car listed on their website and called to confirm it was still available. Told "Yep we still got it." I asked how late they were open and told 6:30 but the car will be gone around 4:30 since the boss is driving it. Ok, kinda strange. I said I'll come in a little after lunch time to take a look at the car. Showed up at the dealer at the time we agreed on only to find the car I wanted not on the lot - when I asked where it was I was told "the boss took it." Clearly not happy that I had driven 30 minutes round trip to see this car, I said "kinda hard to sell a car when it's not on the lot" All I got back was "Yep." No I'm sorry to inconvenience you....or can I take your contact info and let you know when the car is back so you can come see it...or heaven forbid sorry we wasted so much of your time how about we bring the car to you to look at when we get it back.... Well as I said there's a reason used car dealers and the sales people that work there get a certain reputation...and these guys earned every bit of it in my book...never gonna do business with these guys...not that it's that much of a big deal, running their business like this means they won't be around for long in any case. Total scam! Kept us there for 5 hours then charged us $3000 dollars for a warranty we did not want!…read moreThen no title after 60 days! They gave us an out of state dealer plate to drive on. That's not even legal! Also be sure to read the fine print they are trying to charge us 19.9% interest! They could easily have resolved by agreeing to by back the car (easy because the title is coming to them first before us anyway) but they do not care anything about customer service, or the LAW! Will see them in court!
