They are terrible at explaining the warranty and financial information, they rush you through your process, even though I was there all day waiting for them to finish. I spent more time waiting in a seat than I did talking to my salesperson. They pressure you into a warranty and snuck additional costs into my final price. When I brought it up, they told me I don't have to buy the car. They do all the stereotypical slimy dealership practices. They didn't even give me all of my warranty paperwork... I had to call another Auffenberg dealership to have it emailed to me. My salesperson quit responding after I asked him to send me my warranty information several times. Not only that, they promise you that the extended warranty takes care of "everything" on the car and when you read the fine print, that is a complete lie. I felt misled and scammed when it came to financing and purchasing the warranty. I don't regret the car (because it's not a Ford), but I do regret doing business with this shady dealership. Do yourself a favor: avoid this dump and the terrible customer service they provide.

Also they don't accept credit card, despite what it says on yelp. The tower didn't tell me directly that it was cash only either. Luckily I asked if they accepted credit beforehand just to be sure! When he said no, I asked if he had change, and he assured me he had the amount I needed. Lo and behold, when it came time for cash to be exchanged, he did not. But again, luckily I found some small bills I didn't realize I had, so I didn't overpay by too much! Okay that's it for the cons. Pros: affordable, towed my car without damaging it, and got my car where it needed to go. That's what ultimately matters, right?
