I then began working with a representative named Brandon, to whom I submitted a finance application to verify my pre-approval with my bank. At 12:02 PM, I received a consent form outlining the agreed-upon terms: $500 down and $397 per month. I signed and returned the form at 12:12 PM. By 2:22 PM, I was informed that all necessary documents were complete and the next step was for me to visit the dealership to finalize the purchase. I confirmed I would arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 PM, but due to a last-minute Uber cancellation, I arrived at approximately 6:46 PM, after spending $62 on transportation. While en route, I received a phone call asking me to verbally confirm that I was still coming to complete the purchase, which I did. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to another customer--a white family--who had arrived just 10 minutes before me. I was not contacted or given any indication that the vehicle might be sold to another party, despite having completed all required paperwork and even purchasing insurance for the vehicle in anticipation of taking it home that evening. This experience was not only extremely frustrating and embarrassing--especially as it occurred on my birthday--but it also raised serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the transaction. I felt disregarded and discriminated against, and I am seeking a formal response and resolution to this matter.

We already had an offer from Capital one and we prefer to go with Capital one instead when we got there, they tried to pressure us and lied saying that Capital one payment was high kept trying to manipulate it to go with the credit union obviously because they have a relationship with them and I'm sure they get perks. Financing did not care about what we wanted. Financing took over three hours and My Husband was sitting there shaking because he hadn't eaten. He mentioned several times that he needed to leave and get food that he hadn't eaten in hours. My Husband already had the car picked out so literally all that he went in there to do was do the financing. Three hours is insane! The manipulation is insane, being deceiving is insane. After all that a $50 special equipment fee was tacked on with a $10 environmental fee. Using a credit card for such an astounding tow fee resulted in a $17 fee for not using cash. This is strong armed robbery and I will tell everyone I can about this criminal activity. I paid the bill... no choice in the matter.
