When I went to pick up my car I had 2 door dings on rear wheel wells and went back into office to report them and manager came outside and said he would have then fixed. Then noticed paint did not match the rest of the car and he said it was because the bumper was made of plastic. Left and went home and then noticed rear bumper trim was broken from being removed and called manager and again he s aid he would take care of it. A week later noticed a rattle and I crawled under rear bumper and saw that they had broken off 3 of the 4 bottom bolts that attache the exhaust tips to the bumper. Very poor craftsmanship! 6 weeks later still no phone call from this so called auto body shop.
