I want to hit on a couple points about this adorable and charming little nail salon…read more 1. Appointments matter. I cannot tell you how many times I've made an appointment at a nail place that doesn't matter at all. I know you want to serve as many clients as possible, but appointments should come first and they honor that. It's very appreciated. 2. Attention to detail. The technicians are all so talented and take extra care to get your nails just right. I have never left with a rough edge, sloppy paint, or something I didn't want. 3. Options, options, options. They have SO many colors to choose from. And they're always getting new stuff. Plus fun extras like dried flowers, gold flake, gems... it's the details that get me every time. I've never seen anything they can't do for anyone. 4. Communication. You can easily communicate with everyone- the front desk, the technicians, the owner. Not being able to understand someone working on my nails makes me really uncomfortable so this is huge for me. 5. Fun! This is just a fun shop. We sit around and joke and talk about food. Even thought I am a customer, I feel like part of the team. Everyone is friendly, funny and delightful. It's just a fun place to be. I really cannot say enough good stuff about this place.
