I've used this store for years. Yes parking is tight but it turns over quickly. I read the reviews…read moreand wonder if the low reviews were mistakenly meant for another store. I've never had a problem here. I have had frustrating moments with some difficult returns, but those were things between me and the store I was returning items to - absolutely not the fault of the UPS store. I've certainly never had rude treatment or difficult staff. I think charging for printing labels is appropriate - after all I could have printed it myself at home. Yes there are lines sometimes! They're busy and careful! My only problem is that the new design should have created a flat space for preparing returns - maybe that can still happen!

I had a rather large package to drop-off, and with an injury I have, I'm still limited on how much I can lift. I felt horrible dragging my wagon through the store and having the worker grab out this huge package for me, but he was so kind about it. The one downside to this location is the very limited parking. If you come when it's busy, you're going to be trying to find street parking on one of Shorewood's busiest streets.

This ups store has a notary public available. Call ahead for an appointment. We needed many…read moredocuments to be copied and certified signature and witnessed and eventually apostille certification in Madison. This is an important step necessary to be done correctly from the very beginning if not you will have to start over. Madison will tell you how they want the documents notarized before they pass it along to the other countries consulate for their certification. This is particularly important because of identity fraud and security. We worked with both of the notaries and they were both patient with doing the paperwork accurately each time. We're very lucky to have this service available. This location is disable accessible with a ramp available on the eastern side of the building. The door on the right is bit heavy but if you're in need there are many people around to help you get in. 28/2025 Service 5 Ambiance 5 Location 5 easy 2 hour parking around the building. Had a little less favorable visits my last few times in here, with quite the wait, staff on their…read morephones, and prices I didn't really expect. For instance, $2 for a single piece of tape so close a bag seems outrageous. So does the $25 price tag to ship something pretty small and light (that was their cheapest option). Also $1 for drop off of any already labeled package?? Haven't seen that anywhere else. This spot is so close to me it proves to be the most convenient, but I should probably do my dodillegence and compare prices at other places. In the end, packages leave here and get where they need to go.

I arrived to drop off a USPS package which costs $1. Okay, not a problem. When I arrived the shop…read morewas in disarray, overhead lights burned out, and the sales clerk at the desk was sorting through a stack of mail. I asked if I could drop a package off and she said yes but just continued to look through the mail. After 2-3 min I decided to leave, it didn't seem like I was getting anywhere. Not great first impression!

Yes. I am writing a review about a storage facility. I would never even have known as much as I…read moreunfortunately know about them had I not moved about 5 times in the past 3 years. So, here it goes. I guess for the most part, the best things about this particular storage facility are: #1. The service and the people who work there. #2. Location, location, location! #3. Safety. #4. First month is free if you mention the special. Unlike other storage facilities that I've used (Public Storage and Uhaul), this is probably the best one. At least for me. The other places have their own pro's which I'll get to but also have some major cons. The people who work at East Bank Storage are friendly and knowledgeable. This is pretty much the ONLY storage facility close to a good neighborhood and not in some remote place in the middle of some remote ghetto. You'll see the least amount of sketchy people at this facility. The employees don't seem like crack heads nor do the people who put their entrusted belongings there. In fact, I think the employees listen to Christian rock music. The cons of East Bank; Unlike Public Storage or Uhaul where you can access your belongings 24/7, you can only access your belongings at this place monday through friday, during work hours. So, they close at 5p. And on saturday they close at 3p. And they are not open on sunday. The other major setback is that this facility is designed like a building and the units are on different floors, so there is a huge lift. The other places have drive up garages and individual units at ground level. But also exposed to the outdoors and the elements. So anyway, once-and-a-while, you get there and someone else is using the lift and you just have to wait. Luckily I've never waited that long but it could be a major clusterfuck during peak moving times. The nice thing though is that because of these hours, the facility is always being monitored. And when it closes, the whole place is on lock down. I have a friend who even rents a wine storage cellar there. So, it's basically more upscale with a few drawbacks. If you have nice or expensive shit, take it here instead of a mainstream facility. Otherwise, the others are a-ok, I guess.

It's a smaller location, but still gets the job done! I recommend if you have a larger project to submit it for printing days before you need it. The employee was kind enough to let me know there is a fee for same-day printing for large projects (even though I didn't need it today).

I took everything to the cashier and she rang up the shipping and box. I was fully prepared to box it myself but she sent me on my way saying that she would do it all. Great customer service and I'd pay anything to do less work so $34 for everything seemed totally fair.

They really take care of the place, again extremely clean. The staff is amazing and accommodating. They bent over backwards to help us when we moved in and out. Always polite and courteous. The elevator is ancient and outdated with ropes & openings that felt dangerous and imprecise, leaving gaps and making it hard to get it to stop and be level for getting carts off. The directions for stopping at garage level are unclear and indefinite. The weekday only/Sat am till 3 pm hours are not convenient if people want to move in or out on Sat mid afternoon or all day Sunday, or in the evenings. Once I had to stand in the doorway while the staff person, who knew I was waiting, took a long phone call. This is a pet peeve, but of course he already had my business so it was more important to get a new customer rather than one already paying! Please be careful of the contract--I moved out mid month but had to pay for the entire month (17 days). This place is more provincial and inconvenient than any other (4-5) storage services I have experienced.
