Well I worked on a Saturday so I grabbed a few of the other deliveries that were in another route to my other locations and they didn't want to pay me for them. I complained and one of the managers said I stole the packages. They have a bad bookkeeping dept and a bad owner. Instead of them taking ownership of their mistake was embarrassed about the mistake they made, they said I didn't come to them fast enough (you have like 5 days to FIND THERE MISTAKE) and then they fired me for finding the mistake. I can't stand when businesses try and steal money from you. I would not recommend working for this company.

We tried the big boys when we first started out, but it was pretty apparent we weren't going to get the personalized touch a smaller shipper offered us. We heard about Lightning through a friend who uses them in New Berlin. The best part about Lightning over a large national chain is the quick response time. You don't have to go online and setup a window like the large carriers. When I call I usually get the owner (Tim - great guy and fun to talk to) and the driver is there within minutes (even has a dog treat in hand for our old office hound). Bottom line: this is a company that promises and then delivers. Literally.
