The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because my original scheduled date was no-call, no-show. I called him and there was a voice mail message that said he would be unavailable for another 3 weeks. Since my son booked this thru Groupon, it was a loss of cash when he tried to get a refund (Groupon said they'd only offer him a credit since the Groupon showed used ... well, yeah, because you have to "use" the Groupon code when you book the appointment). About a month later I got a call offering to rebook the appointment, and offering the same price. I accepted, and this time Ki'eve showed up. He did a magnificent job ... the car looked like new! I could not have been happier! I had both the interior and exterior detail done, and not only was I happy, but Ki'eve ran out of business cards passing them out to my neighbors. I could easily recommend, and will certainly use them again. read more

This is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY. After 'detailing" my car I pointed out that all of my windows and mirrors were covered with a solution smudging them making them difficult to see through and impossible in the sun. Same with the exterior of car. Also, no cleaning was done on my crevices on the floor. The consule was filthy. There was over spray on ny seats staining them. Trunk, not touched. Vents steering wheel console, doors everything dirty. Outside, bugs and smudged. Top sunwindow un touched. Detailer said he didn't have enough stuff to clean the windows. He didn't have a working compressor to clean the edges and sides of rugs. He couldn't get the outside to be clean because it was too sunny and his products dried too fast. I could go on and in. I spoke with Butler Kieve the guy you get when you call he promised to get it fixed within 2 days. That was on June 1. He said give the detailer the Groupon and he would make it right. Then nothing. No response. Then he called me back saying he didnt know who I was. Said he lost his phone. I guess he doesnt have Google or apple backup? No not true as I have heard this same comment in other reviews, online. He promised again to get it done, he will call back with an appointment. No call. It is now July 9th. I have tried to clean my glass. What ever was used has permanently forged my passenger side mirror. There are still parts I cannot clean up on the windshield. I asked Groupon for help, they don't care. When though I have a long text stream where I sent pics and communicated and he said he would fix and nothing happened. read more

There are some basics in business. Confirm appointments in writing. Don't keep the customer wondering. If employee issues arise and rescheduling is necessary, we will understand. But don't make the customer text you (twice) to just get a confirmation. And when the reschedule happens and the tech is a no show, the owner should be first to reach out to explain what happened. Instead, I had to alert the owner hours after the appointment was missed. He read the text, and it's been an hour with no response. Groupon refunded me. I wish this company well, but I think they could do a great job if they hire an ops person who just focuses on these basic customer communication and follow through rules. read more

Do NOT fall for this scam. As others stated - total scam & crook. Asked for payment up front with earliest appt. 2 months out. No show for appointment. he had a hundred excuses," detailer running late, detailer quit 11 at night", then said he only had one employee so now now employees. I asked for refund and he had a new excuse every day why he couldn't send my money yet and got mad at ME every time I would ask for an update. I never got my $$$ back. As many have stated, this "company" and "owner" are a SCAM. I paid, upfront, for a detailing service and never received the service. The company no-called/no-showed twice with another time of cancelling the appt hours before. Each time, I had to reach out on the status... After the service was never performed, I requested a refund. The owner acknowledged that a refund was owed and promised to send it, but the refund never arrived. When I continued to respectfully follow up after the payment timeline passed, the conversation became hostile and the "owner" began cursing at me. He then proceeded to ghost me & block my number with the refund still outstanding. I understand that scheduling mistakes can happen, but repeatedly missing appointments, failing to provide the paid-for service, not issuing a promised refund, and responding unprofessionally to a customer are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others about paying upfront and outright using this service. read more

Kieve Butler is an absolute crook. His detailer showed up, and despite some initial complications, told me he could detail my motorcycle on the street outside my building if I got him water. When I moved the bike and brought him water, Kieve had already told him to leave without talking to me. He also had me pay him for this detail in advance through PayPal Friends and Family, which I did to save him a little money, so he could prevent me disputing this when he failed to deliver any promised refund. Very unprofessiona. I was scheduled at 9.00 AM on Friday then no body showed up. I had to call in multiple times to get hold of the owne. Then scheduled someone to come in on Saturday at 9.00 AM and called Saturday morning to say that he would be late and come in at 10.45 AM. Didn't show up until 11.00 AM and I had to call the owner to get the guy to come. He finally showed up and then said that he wasn't even scheduled to come in on Friday. The owner obviously messed up the schedule and wasn't owning up to it and disconnected my call when I was speaking to him and then yelled at me. Then he had has employee not do the job and walk out. Good, best news ever. This business was fraudulent. The guy who owned it KJ. Was a liar and incredibly shady his staff was incompetent I got this groupon as a birthday gift. The guy was out there for 3 hours and did absolutely nothing. And harassed me the whole time trying to redeem the voucher. Then after I left a review the owner hara me saying it was back for his business. Offered to come redo it with his best guy. Who never showed up... No. Call no show and refunded the money to my daughter without saying anything. .... Groupon should vet the company is they support. And. Hopefully the doesn't pop up with another fake business trying to rip off more people . I have called and called, emailed and nicely asked to get the car detailing done for over a year! Finely, the owner told me to stop calling, that I was harassing him!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I found J&S from a LivingSocial deal. I bought the deal and called to schedule an appointment. They answered but said they needed an additional 30 minutes to clean the car then he would call me back. After a couple days I didn't hear back so I called and left a message. After a day or so he finally called me back and scheduled to clean my sons new (used) car for 3 weeks out. After waiting the 3 weeks he was a NO SHOW!!! I called, texted, called and called but could only leave a voicemail- no answer - no call back - complete silence! This guy is a JOKE! He does not know how to run a business! Wow! Wow wow wow! Had my car detailed inside and out (and believe me, it was beyond need) and it looks SPECTACULAR. Very thorough, detailed work. Prompt arrival, couldn't be a nicer person. What's not to love? Highly recommend. read more
