Chris came onsite early to oversee the loadup at my office, and then Clinton and Garrett did the unpack later at my house. First of all, they were all very clean and neat in appearance, especially the youngest of the crew, Garrett (nice khaki pants and bright white tennis shoes). They were all so pleasant and oh so careful with my pieces of furniture and avoiding any scrapes along the walls and doors of my office. They were VERY efficient and the loadup went very quickly. At my home, they were again mindful of not creating any scrapes or brushes against walls, doors or existing furniture. They communicated well with each other and with me. They ensured that I was happy with the placement of the furniture and other pieces. I'm not even going to get into the issues with how our move was handled or the fact that responsibility has continually been placed on us. What was most disappointing was the way our representative treated me during the follow-up phone call. Instead of listening to my concerns, they were dismissive and demeaning, which was both surprising and unprofessional. I would also caution anyone considering the lower-cost service option. Based on our experience, it felt as though choosing the less expensive option resulted in a lower level of service and support compared to customers paying for higher-priced services. I am attaching only a few pictures of what we found after opening a container to unload. I have more. I'm sad to say this company is accusing us doing this to our belongings. If you're considering this company, I encourage you to do your research and proceed with caution.
