Travis, Matt & Hunter arrived on time, introducing themselves. They immediately came in to evaluate the situation, each going to work on different areas of the system. They worked together as a GREAT team only stopping once for lunch. I can say that there was no time wasted. Hard working conscientious workers. Job was completed on time. They left the premises clean. I highly recommend this company for any repairs you require or installation of replacement equipment. I must also state that Bill did a GREAT job reviewing our house requirements & suggesting the appropriate size equipment. We discussed upgrading the filter system from what we currently had as it was poor at best. Bill suggested going to a #2410 Aprilaire media air cleaner. It has only been 4 days since installation. The system is very quiet. I can notice an improvement in the cooling. The Aprilaire air cleaner is a vast improvement from what we had. I have allergies. The new filter has made a big difference in cleaner & fresher air. I feel much better. Thank you guys for a job well done. Dave & Diane

After moving into my new property and having my boiler system maintained there was a flood due to many system failures on that boiler that the service tech didn't correct. Not only was there no accountability but I was charged an egregious amount to fix these issues and when given the opportunity to correct this for a long time client due to their error, they chose not to. Unfortunately loyalty has not been valued here and so my business will be taken elsewhere.

Rich from Bryan & Suns dug in deep, found the problem the first time out and fixed it, and the fee for it was reasonable. He was also amazingly friendly. We bought a new furnace from them later last year, and it was all done in one day, and done well. Rebuilding ductwork was part of the work we paid for and it's immaculate. Our AC shut down last night. I called them this morning, they had Rich out again within a couple of hours. Turned out to be an issue with power supply that wasn't related at all to their previous work, but Rich was able to resolve the problem within a few minutes. Again, VERY reasonable cost for time and repair. One of the best experiences I've had in my lifetime with home repair / appliance vendors, and we'll be customers of there for as long as we live in the area!
