Quickly checked our furnace & determined we need a new motor. He couldn't replace until the next week because of the holidays. we were very pleased when their office called & said the motor came in early & could replace right away. Just had a new a/c unit installed by LK after mine very old unit died. My install was a little different from others due to handler being in crawl space. Most of the units used were too big to even fit in our small crawl space without possible major modifications needing to be done to the house. LK came back and looked at it again, agreed it might be a big job, but will see what they could come up with. Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! It was the best news after a long road trying to get this done. The guys who put it in did an amazing job, especially dealing with the tight space they had to work with. They left zero mess, and couldn't have been nicer. We are so happy with the new unit, and it is working so much better than we had even hoped! They put a lot of time and effort into the job, and we were so grateful it worked out! I have used them in the past, I will continue to use them, and HIGHLY recommend them for any job you might have! I finally found an honest, experienced, and fair priced HVAC company, with professional and courteous employees. They promptly came out and replaced a few broken parts on my older AC unit, and checked to see that it was operating under normal parameters. I will be using LK for our future HVAC needs! I waited over seven days for an appointment to fix my AC. I had never used this company before but I had seen their trucks so I thought I would give them a try. When i finally was contacted about my appointment they gave me a 4 hour window from noon to four. Hardly convenient. The day of the appointment the 4 hours came and went with no tech showing up, no phone call, text, etc. saying they would be late. So I sat around all day waiting. Finally at about 4:30 I get a call that the tech is on his way. I told the woman that I was upset that I had to wait all day after waiting a week and said I did not want the tech to come because I dont trust companies with bad customer service. She said "not a problem" and hung up. No apology no nothing! If she has at least apologized I would have kept the appointment. read more

We have been a satisfied customer of L K Heating & Cooling for over 25 years. August 22, 2018, we had them install a new Trane air conditioner & gas furnace replacing a 33 year old air conditioner & 23 year old gas furnace. Travis, Matt & Hunter arrived on time, introducing themselves. They immediately came in to evaluate the situation, each going to work on different areas of the system. They worked together as a GREAT team only stopping once for lunch. I can say that there was no time wasted. Hard working conscientious workers. Job was completed on time. They left the premises clean. I highly recommend this company for any repairs you require or installation of replacement equipment. I must also state that Bill did a GREAT job reviewing our house requirements & suggesting the appropriate size equipment. We discussed upgrading the filter system from what we currently had as it was poor at best. Bill suggested going to a #2410 Aprilaire media air cleaner. It has only been 4 days since installation. The system is very quiet. I can notice an improvement in the cooling. The Aprilaire air cleaner is a vast improvement from what we had. I have allergies.
