The guys showed up the next morning, camera-scoped the pipes and spent four plus hours snaking through 60 years of roots and broken clay tile to get the drain operating properly. They had moved the washer and dryer out of the way before the started, moved it all back on completion and cleaned up after themselves. And they invited my father-in-law to watch the whole process. They (and I) couldn't be happier. We'd definitely recommend Brecksville Plumbing and they'll be our first call in the future

Had I known these extreme prices ahead of time, I never would have hired them to do work. Furthermore, I kindly contacted the company seeking some sort of resolution to this & they were completely unreceptive. I'm extremely disappointed with the price I was charged & will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. UPDATE: I had to hire ANOTHER plumber (at the cost of $200) to fix the incompetent work that Homework did with one of my toilets. This place is an absolute disgrace.

The second day there was a return call late in the day from a female (mother?) stating that her son would come over to review the situation late Friday afternoon or Saturday. I cannot work with or recommend anyone who is undependable and have found someone else who can provide a dependable business experience. I will be calling the business who gave me the referral and let them know that it is risky to recommend anyone to their business. Evidently from other Yelp reviews customers either had positive experience or ones like mine with no reliability. This is disappointing as it is a locally owned business that offers numerous service if you can get them to follow through. I don't have the patience in spite of how kind the female was initially on the phone. If someone is not reliable, I don't want to waste my time with them and would caution others.
