They sent out William & Alex the next day. All these gentlemen have great customer service and knowledge in the field. They were not pushy and did not try to up sell on anything which I really appreciate. Very respectful of me,my dog and my property. They cleaned up the work areas very well. I highly recommend them. Also Trish & Gayle in the office were very nice helping me to get scheduled for my appointments even when I didn't know the technical terms for things I needed done. I will be using this company again in the future for my plumbing needs. Plus their prices were actually reasonable compared to other companies. Also I love the text service that tells you who is coming, how far away in minutes, also track them on their way.

My Wife Catherine and I wanted to thank you for your plumbing svc's…read more We had several plumbers and home improvement companies quote us on providing a solution to our leak in the bathroom down to the kitchen. Many of them gave us solutions that ranged from Tub Replacement to entire Bathroom remodels. Jason came to speak with me and listen to our issue and worked with us on finding an economical solution for us to fix the issue we were having. Jason simply gave us what we were asking for and did not try and upsell us on more than we needed. Adam was the plumber that came in and did the job superbly. He was professional, efficient and thorough. We thought we had a major unplanned investment with tub replacement and thought the job would take several days. Until Jason spoke with us and explained he can fix this in 1 day for us. We now have the leak fixed, new fixtures and our bathroom back on a 1 day job. We are so glad we called Mayer Plumbing Thank You Shaun and Catherine Rook

By mid-afternoon, Jim and his son arrived and got to work. Glad I called them as they found the p-trap was rotted, the hot water line had no shutoff valve, nor did the water line for the fridge ice maker. Jim explained what needed to be done, I agreed, and they worked quickly and quietly, keeping the area clean. An hour later, it's all done and my kitchen looks like they were here, except for my new faucet and sprayer, along with beautiful pipe/fitting work on the lines under the sink. The price felt right for the work they did. They have always been friendly and professional and it looks like his son is learning well as he was as nice as Jim. Thanks for the quick service and professional, friendly encounter. Highly recommend these gentlemen!

Not a fan of the "big name" no heart companies out there. The first time was to snake a bathroom drain. Not very exciting but they did a great job and cleaned up after. You would never have know they were there. 2nd call was because after receiving a very high water bill it was discovered I had a running toilet. I called just after my basement flooded with over 12" of water and the woman who I spoke with (Donna) could not have been more wonderful. Not only could they install a new toilet (to replace my ancient one) they brought one to me to save me the hassle of figuring out how I was going to get it to my house in my small car. To add to my amazing experience I found out the day before they were to come out, the city was doing work on the water lines and was going to shut off the water. Donna worked her magic and squeezed me in that day! Dan was professional & courteous and did a great job!! I will NEVER call anyone else for any plumbing needs.

Thank God he tried something and it worked. They also replaced my faucet, and I could not put my PUR water filtration system back on the faucet, so they came back over the next day free of charge and purchased an adapter and put it on for me. This company was great the technicians and the manager Borus. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and are not like most companies that charge so much to do the job.
