I had the Peach Hennessy Margarita while I waited for my food. They only open Thursday thru Saturday or Sunday (I think), which is good considering it's towards the end of the week they offer live music & a DJ next to the restaurant. Surely gotta fan in me! We were quickly waited on and our friendly server answered all our questions. We started with an order of putine (that strange Canadian delicacy). My DD ordered a Tammy burger which was 2 beef patties, pimento cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and hot sauce and I got the patty melt. We both chose onion rings for our side. I had water and DD had tea. Everything was delicious and we decided we will definitely be back.

I have had a few of their meats and my favorites are the ribs and the porkchops. They really know how to handle pork. As for sides, any vegetable is a winning pick and the mac and cheese is a perfect pairing with any fried food. The service is fast and accurate and their system for running through the long lines works amazing. The restaurant is a bit dated but it Taylor's has been an institution for forever so that's a good sign. This is a perfect quick lunch spot or a quick family dinner spot. Seating is limited but tables rotate pretty quick. If you are wanting a place to sit and chit chat for an hour, I'd suggest taking the food to go.
