Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I called multiple companies and they were all closed. DeVono's was the only one that was open in South York. I drove all the way there and they were very happy to accept my business. They are not exactly on the way for me but I have no problem driving out-of-the-way now since they have no problem being open when I need them to be.
