We called every day finally my husband spoke with a supervisor named Stephanie and she promised him a new can. They would bring it out. Well we are still waiting! My reason for writing this is for people to know. Please don't use Penn waste! They are crooks and their customer service is terrible! We just paid our bill customer service said we would not get our money back if we cancelled!

You head in the main gate, show them your drivers license and your truck is weighed, they give you a slip, then you drive to the appropriate area and throw off your scrap metal. Light iron is 0.09 cents / LB. Copper is about 3.00 per LB. When you're finished they re-way you and get paid in cash, cant complain! Saturday hours are nice as well.
