I tried to shampoo a small part of my carpet last night. Turned out the carpet cleaner I had was broken. It soaked my carpet with water and did not suck any of it back up. Today I called J&J to see if they could come soak up this water. One of their technicians was at my apartment in 30 minutes on a SATURDAY! Service was quick and easy but I think the process could of used more time in order to get the stains out because my carpet is a cream color. After all said and done I can still see faint dirt marks in areas. There's an area too where there's like one clean line (pic). 3 stars for the price but I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for so thats my fault. read more

Worth every penny ! Reach out to them first for carpet cleaning ! You will not regret it ! I messaged through Facebook messenger to get quotes and they answered very fast! My main goal was to restore the living room area. We had the carpets cleaned while on vacation and came back to no difference ..now I didn't expect brand new carpets either but wow there was no difference. This is my reason for reaching out to J&J! They quoted me and when they came out their employee(Jose) taught me something about my type of rug and what he could use to remove the stains and dirt. It was worth every penny! Would leave a 5 star review for the carpet cleaning service! It was amazing! Worth every penny and then some. They did such a good job! However the actual house cleaning service, is very poor!! I wasted money and time calling them. I was charged 130 for my one bedroom apartment "deep clean" and an extra 10 to dust which they didn't do. There was dust still on the fans, light fixtures, blinds, top of the fridge, and even on the top of the toilet lid. All in all save yourself money and clean on your own, not worth the money. read more

Not sure how well they clean, it might be a fabulous job. However, I will say that the entire time they were cleaning my neighbor's house they were attached to my spigot instead of the spigot from the house they were actually cleaning. So attention to detail might not be their strong suit considering the correct spigot was in plain sight only 8 feet away. Mine just must have been more convenient to the van?! read more

First I would like to start out by saying that this place is the best bang for your buck! I found these guys on craigslist and was a little skeptical at first due to the low cost for their service. I paid for 4 areas (25 bucks per area) plus an additional $35 for the pet treatment. My dog leaves a TON of pet hair and it's almost impossible to maintain. Either way, the tech (Jose) gave me a courtesy call earlier than the scheduled arrival time and was very friendly and approachable. He showed up to my townhouse and wanted to inspect the carpet to see what exactly he was working with. So I proceeded to give him the nickel tour. He went ahead and vacuumed all the rooms and then got started with the actual steam cleaning of my carpets. I've got to tell you, these carpets haven't been cleaned in about 3 years. He ended up making them look brand new! I truly am surprised of the quality for price that I received. Can't get much better. They provide other services along with regular carpet cleaning. If you're like me, you really like to support the family owned and operated small businesses of America because in my opinion, they are the back bone of America.
