She had gotten my appointment mixed up but was still able to do my lashes. She didn't ask how curled or lifted I wanted my lashes to be. During the appointment, she spilt something in my eye and it stung ALOT, but she was able to clean it up quick. My lashes did not look very lifted at all and they are uneven, and so I left her know if there was anything to fix this...which is when she mentioned that she had smaller rods that she could use NEXT TIME. I'm a little upset that she didn't ask prior to working on my lashes on what I wanted if she had different options for levels of lift. I get that she got her schedules mixed up, and maybe that's why she forgot to ask/offer different styles? She offered to give me a discount the next time I came back...but I came her solely because I have an event the next day. I don't know if I will be coming back on my own. She was sweet and the space was clean and quiet, but I guess my lesson is to ask before trusting them. Edit: She reached out to me immediately and asked for me to come in tomorrow so that she could fix them. She fit me in with my availability, which I was very thankful for. I voiced my concerned and I asked for the lift to atleast be evened out, which she did! I appreciate her taking the time to fix my lashes. She was so sweet, professional, and very thorough with removing my previous set. I got both a removal and a full set--and I'm extremely happy with the results and the price was very reasonable.
