The samosas were served with lime which I've never had before, in the past I usually get sauces, but the lime went great with them! The beef stew was packed with flavor. And don't get me started on the collard greens (I ate them up) The ugali didn't have much of a flavor but I'm assuming that's the point. It soaked up the sauce of the beef stew perfectly. This is the best Happy Hour menu I have seen in recent memory. Solid selection and reasonable prices. I went with the Potato Skins and I have to tell you, they were the largest skins I've ever seen making it a killer deal. Unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't there. Not enough bacon and I would have rather had ranch instead of sour cream. I think Black Angus has the best Potato Skins around now that Claim Jumpers is gone and unless they changed the menu, they are available for Happy Hour there. Again, the skins here did not impress, but the price and portion blew me away, so these guys are going to get 4 stars from me. Jimmy's and Billy's may have the same owner, but the recipes differ, I think Billy is more flavorful and consistent, but you get more meat selections at Jimmy's. Good news is they are only a couple miles apart. So choose wisely and enjoy either way.

We opted to skip dessert thank goodness- sadly the reservation asks about special event for which we put birthday... but there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday- typically in a higher end type restaurant which they seem to claim to be- if you put the occasional they acknowledge that you're there for a birthday etc.- nope! The bottom line is- I've had way better meals with way better service at a way better price..... save the time, the money and your taste buds. And go some place that actually tries to accommodate simple reasonable requests and well quite frankly some place that still cares about customer service.
