There was really nothing I'd recommend about Muckleshoot Restaurant. I'll briefly touch on a few things. The Host staff seemed confused, but they got us seated for our 6:30 reservation by 6:40 (plenty of tables were available). The restaurant looks sort of like a dispirited college dining hall. We were seated but weren't provided with any roll-ups, containing silverware. After a while, though, we were each given a paper napkin -- that was nice. The menu looks as though it was selected by somebody who has just stopped trying. When our waiter came by, she was cheerful, but I suspect that was in recognition that we'd need cheering up just from the fact that we were sitting there. The wine options are few; we tried two of them -- neither was what I would call good, let alone very good. We sent one back and asked for a whisky sour in its place. Our waiter looked at us with suddenly sad eyes and told us that the quality of the mixed drinks really wasn't very good but that if we didn't like it, she'd be happy to take it off the bill. The food arrived after a long wait. It was. . . OK. Definitely edible! Time for the check, and I asked our waiter to take the whisky sour off the bill. She brightened up! Good news! Stopped in for a quick bite! Had their delicious clam chowder. The casino was a bit smoky. My eyes were burning. You also need to go thru a metal detector and provide your id to enter. My husband ordered their famous salmon over wood fire and it was good. I ordered the walnut shrimp and would not recommend it, dry, no sauce and not tasty! MEDIAN PRICED RESTAURANT AT THE CASINO. The ambiance is nothing special. Reminiscent of a family-style restaurant. Feels more like a breakfast and lunch place rather than a dinner establishment. One really cool feature, though, is a smoker pit where they smoke all their meats, like buffalo ribs and salmon, in the traditional Native American way. I never got to see them do it, as it starts later in the day at 5:30. I had both breakfast and lunch here on different days, and confess I had a better lunch experience than breakfast. For lunch, I had to wait 20 minutes for a table even though there appeared to be many empty ones. I chalk this up to understaffing. I had fall-off-the-bone buffalo ribs with a huckleberry BBQ sauce. They were so good, I didn't have the heart to tell them they were not evenly reheated. Obviously, they were smoked the night before and reheated in a microwave. The fries were good, too. The following morning, we ate breakfast. The service was painfully slow, and once again, I chalk this up to understaffing. Our waitress was quite friendly and thanked me for noticing how understaffed they were. So for breakfast, I ordered steak and eggs, which also come with hash browns. I ordered the steak medium rare and the eggs over medium. Both came back undercooked. I went ahead and ate the eggs, and the hash browns were delicious, but I had to send the steak back as it was tough and chewy. The steak took a long time to return, and I was almost finished with my eggs and potatoes. It was still tough, however, so I could not finish it, despite being a small portion. So, unfortunately, my experience was a mixed bag. You can see this restaurant is really trying, but it needs a lot of improvement. Hiring some more people and kicking up the steak cut one notch would help. You may be better off ordering one of the in-house smoked items, like the salmon or the buffalo ribs. My wife had a smoked salmon Benedict for breakfast, and she thought it was pretty good. So I am going to be generous here and award four stars, but I really hope management will read this, as I was really tempted to award three. This is one of the best casino restaurants we've been to in a while. The restaurant (along with the casino) looked clean and new. My husband had the salmon tacos and I had the grilled salmon with loaded mash potatoes. We both really enjoyed our dinner and would go back in a heart beat if we lived locally. My salmon was grilled perfectly and well seasoned. The loaded mash potatoes were really good and I'm thinking would probably be even better as a side to a steak. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The ambiance was nice. Quiet music playing in the background, ability to have conversation at our table without having to speak too loudly. I was hesitant to dine here because of some of the other reviews on Yelp, but I'm glad we gave this restaurant a try. read more

I have reserved table on Open Table and was seated immediately when we came to the restaurant. Waitress was quick to give us drinks and take our orders. My go to 2 items are the chicken fettuccine and the chicken harvest Apple salad. I love the dress that goes with the salad. It's so yummy Waitress is good until the end. It takes very long for her to refill our water and she disappeared for a little bit. It's a busy restaurant inside of Muckleshoot. First of all, I want to say the service here is excellent. All of the staff was very quick and efficient! An added plus of service with a smile shows they love their job. They served is break while waiting, which was fresh and hot out of the oven. The food was very well prepared and delicious!!! I don't know why others have rated them so low. 11/8/2023 Brunch I had the side garden salad, breakfast burritos, I think they had too many potatoes in the filling. Taste alright, nothing to write home about. Definitely bigger portions. They used to serve bread with butter and elderberry jam but none tonight. I wished they bring back the brunch buffet they used to have on the weekend. Lots of space to have a party, I see private rooms as well, not sure if they are tho. I had the pho there a few weeks ago. Not that great. It's a hit-and-miss kind of place. I've had better. This is a typical casino restaurant with three menus depending on what time it is. We happened to hit the lunch menu which is 11am to 5pm. We were seated in a large half round booth so we were not crammed in. I had the prime rib melt and it was decent. The star of the table was the Wagyu burger the Mrs had. I should have had that. It was $25 but what isn't anymore? Burgers north of $20 seem to be the norm almost anywhere you go these days. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. She was also efficient and we tipped her well. There was enough food since the portions were decent sized. All in all it was a pleasant meal. One thing though. I go to Muckleshoot Casino a couple times a month. I have avoided this restaurant for the most part. I had accumulated some points so I thought I would give it another try. I ordered the special which was chicken and biscuit with eggs-I was imaginig breakfast fare. I thought it would have some sort of gravy on it. The server clarified that it was spicy chicken which clued me in that there would be no gravy. The chicken with breaded, deep fried, with a spicy sweat sauce. The meat itself was dry. As was the biscuit. Then I ordered the eggs poached medium as I like to mix the egg yolks and hashed browns. Medium means the yolk should be of a jelly like consistency. The yolks were completely hard. Even the water had an odd foul taste to it. I ordered lemon to subdue the taste. The service here is rushed. I didn't wait too long for someone to come to the table. The issue is the server would try to rush away even in the middle of my sentence. I would have to call the waiter back to finish. The service and food needs to be better for the price. read more

Went out for an evening with the hubby. We were both craving seafood. We decided to head up the hill since it appeared we haven't been up there since the remodel. We had a small 15 minute wait but we never got the text when our table was ready. He had to go back to see what happen and we were seated immediately. We have a very nice waiter she was very pleasant and prompt with us reviewing the menu with questions. The prices are amazingly reasonable with the options so it took us a minute. One of the few restaurants at The Muckleshoot Casino. We picked this place since the menu has a bit of everything for everyone which is a plus. The service was excellent, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She brought out the complimentary breads and two types of butter one looks like just your regular butter and the other is blueberry butter? I had the 16oz ribeye medium rare and it was perfectly cooked and very tender. It was definitely salty a bit too much for my liking. Came on for dinner around 4:30 pm on a Saturday night. The place is really upscale and clean. It's kind of cool to see the flanks of salmon they have cooking over an open fire towards the back of the restaurant. I got a cheeseburger and is was not too bad. The brioche bun was pretty good. I wish we could give half stars. Muckleshoot Restaurant use to be an all you can eat, the only all you can eat restaurant I would eat at. I wish Muckleshoot would have left as an all you can when they upgraded and remodeled. Nonetheless, the restaurant was pretty good. I had the smoked Ham & Mac n' Cheese. It wasn't really creamy like the menu said, but it wasn't dry. It was actually pretty good and a large size portion, at least for me. My friend had the Chicken Pho. It smelt really good. Fantastic menu with loads of options! Great starter bread basket toooooo! My husband I have been here twice and both times was excellent service & food! We had their chicken pot pie a month ago and it was delicious. Couldn't wait for it again so for our birthdays my girlfriend and I requested it again. The first time the chicken, veggies and gravy were plentiful and delicious. The puff pastry topping was flaky and covered the top. Tonight we had the pies again and it was completely opposite. And says you should call it Cottage Pie. But he said it was very tasty, and my chicken Crausant was the best I've tasted for years! I've been coming here frequently when I'm in the area. The restaurant is conveniently located near the parking structure. The casino overall is very pleasant and nice lighting nice Muckleshoot Native American styling. They seem to have a respect for their own culture while providing a fun and clean atmosphere throughout. Specifically the restaurant has Pacific Northwest Native American roots and this is obvious in the menu with salmon and berries and things that we have, for a hundred years or more, enjoyed here in the Pacific Northwest. They are gracious hosts and always been happy this is probably my fifth time. They don't have any trouble modifying for allergies, lactose intolerant friendly. There are several items on the menu for a lactose intolerant person and they have always been very pleasant about modifications that I request. I noted today that the AC is pleasant it's hot outside it's not freezing inside but it seems generally comfortable and clean air. Other casino when I came in and I was really hot and I was wearing shorts and I came inside and froze! Here I'm not experiencing that I just feel like there's a nice cool breeze and I can't smell the cigarette smoke from the restaurant. A very good dine in experience!!! Our very first time eating here and it did not disappoint one bit. It was around 3:20 PM on Nov. 29th when we entered after we found out that the ice cream shop closed and was in renovation. What a drag to witness! They had the best ice cream for under $3.00 for 2 scoops! Anyhow, we ordered a Spaghetti and my parents got some soup and the Ice Cream Sundae for dessert. Service was excellent! The Bison Ribs--- tender, tender and full of flavor. For any BBQ lovers like me I highly recommend this dish. It was complimented by fried bread. But the great taste was their CLAM CROWDER! The best I have had. No sandy taste, tons of clams, a creamy texture with spices I couldn't make out. Whatever spices were absolutely delicious. It's very sad that the Bison ribs are only offered after 5pm. No lunch. Breakfast was extremely good. Had basic 2 eggs. pancakes and bacon. Bacon was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. Generally, pancakes are pancakes, right? Hey Muckleshoot management, you have something here that could be so much better with just a few small tweaks. First and foremost your lighting is bright. WAY TOO BRIGHT! Seriously if you just put a dimmer on it and bring it down just a tad, the dining room would be so much more inviting especially with the impressive open kitchen as both the backdrop and focal point. Which brings me to my other point, the kitchen like the lighting, is sterile. You have all this space you could be displaying fish/meat, a raw bar station, countertop dining etc. Outside of that our dining experience was good. The food was tasty albeit plain presentation, and the service was friendly and efficient. Actually our server was great. I think you have the makings of a great casino restaurant. My 2nd visit here. 1st time lunch, this time we made online reservations for folks anniversary dinner. 3 out of 4 us ordered prime rib. They have 3 different cuts-king,queen&jack. We all ordered queen cut, which was a very generous portion, served w choice of 2 sides. Other person in our party ordered the seafood platter. I think that's what it was called. He said it was just ok. All fried, I believe fish, clam strips, and shrimp. Server was attentive, restaurant was clean, and social distancing between the tables. Don't care for how the charge for sodas/coffee whereas you can get them throughout the casino for free. Food on menu was fairly priced. I'd come back again to try other menu options.
