    Bison Ribs!
    Tony B.

MEDIAN PRICED RESTAURANT AT THE CASINO. The ambiance is nothing special. Reminiscent of a family-style restaurant. Feels more like a breakfast and lunch place rather than a dinner establishment. One really cool feature, though, is a smoker pit where they smoke all their meats, like buffalo ribs and salmon, in the traditional Native American way. I never got to see them do it, as it starts later in the day at 5:30. I had both breakfast and lunch here on different days, and confess I had a better lunch experience than breakfast. For lunch, I had to wait 20 minutes for a table even though there appeared to be many empty ones. I chalk this up to understaffing. I had fall-off-the-bone buffalo ribs with a huckleberry BBQ sauce. They were so good, I didn't have the heart to tell them they were not evenly reheated. Obviously, they were smoked the night before and reheated in a microwave. The fries were good, too. The following morning, we ate breakfast. The service was painfully slow, and once again, I chalk this up to understaffing. Our waitress was quite friendly and thanked me for noticing how understaffed they were. So for breakfast, I ordered steak and eggs, which also come with hash browns. I ordered the steak medium rare and the eggs over medium. Both came back undercooked. I went ahead and ate the eggs, and the hash browns were delicious, but I had to send the steak back as it was tough and chewy. The steak took a long time to return, and I was almost finished with my eggs and potatoes. It was still tough, however, so I could not finish it, despite being a small portion. So, unfortunately, my experience was a mixed bag. You can see this restaurant is really trying, but it needs a lot of improvement. Hiring some more people and kicking up the steak cut one notch would help. You may be better off ordering one of the in-house smoked items, like the salmon or the buffalo ribs. My wife had a smoked salmon Benedict for breakfast, and she thought it was pretty good. So I am going to be generous here and award four stars, but I really hope management will read this, as I was really tempted to award three. BTW, if you enjoyed my review or found it useful, funny, or cool, please don't hesitate to click the little button to say so, or better yet, go ahead and friend me. So go on! Press that button, and never miss one of my epic reviews in the Seattle area and beyond.

Salmon tacos - tasty with a slight kick

This is one of the best casino restaurants we've been to in a while. The restaurant (along with the casino) looked clean and new. My husband had the salmon tacos and I had the grilled salmon with loaded mash potatoes. We both really enjoyed our dinner and would go back in a heart beat if we lived locally. My salmon was grilled perfectly and well seasoned. The loaded mash potatoes were really good and I'm thinking would probably be even better as a side to a steak. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The ambiance was nice. Quiet music playing in the background, ability to have conversation at our table without having to speak too loudly. I was hesitant to dine here because of some of the other reviews on Yelp, but I'm glad we gave this restaurant a try.

I have reserved table on Open Table and was seated immediately when we came to the restaurant. Waitress was quick to give us drinks and take our orders. My go to 2 items are the chicken fettuccine and the chicken harvest Apple salad. I love the dress that goes with the salad. It's so yummy Waitress is good until the end. It takes very long for her to refill our water and she disappeared for a little bit. It's a busy restaurant inside of Muckleshoot. On a Saturday night it's crowd with drunk people looking for things to eat and they are loud.

First of all, I want to say the service here is excellent. All of the staff was very quick and efficient! An added plus of service with a smile shows they love their job. They served is break while waiting, which was fresh and hot out of the oven. The food was very well prepared and delicious!!! I don't know why others have rated them so low. The chicken pho, chef's mac n cheese, and clam chowder with an added bread bowl are all recommended. My whole family left well fed and happy. I will definitely return.

1:45 pm. Lunch. Pho Ga and spaghetti w/ meatballs. Breakfast served all day. A menu item for everyone. Pretty dining room. The Pho Ga was tasty and aromatic. They offered lime instead of lemon. If you like the basil, perhaps ask for more. Good amount of sliced jalapeño offered. The chicken breast was sliced rather than shredded but plentiful. Attentive service by Jessica.

11/8/2023 Brunch I had the side garden salad, breakfast burritos, I think they had too many potatoes in the filling. Taste alright, nothing to write home about. Definitely bigger portions. They used to serve bread with butter and elderberry jam but none tonight. I wished they bring back the brunch buffet they used to have on the weekend. Lots of space to have a party, I see private rooms as well, not sure if they are tho. I had the pho there a few weeks ago. Not that great. It's a hit-and-miss kind of place. I've had better. I would not recommend the pho tho..But its convenient if you are playing at the casino to have something to eat. Eh meh

The restaurant is clean and well staffed. So many options on the menu. Recommend the tater tots, they are made in house and are delicious . Come try the many choices.

Chicken parmesan. Super rubbery chicken and tasteless pasta.

Horrible. I would stay away. This place looks terrible and food tastes bad. What I can compare it to is a worse version of hospital cafeteria food. The vibe is off. I ordered the chicken parmesan.. very rubbery! Eat anywhere else in the casino but not here.

We were a party of three and were seated. We were told that server would be with us shortly. The restaurant was fairly empty. The server never showed up so we got up and left.

Clam Chowder, Shrimp Fettuccini, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Oscar.
    Rachel S.

Food has always been good at this place. Dinner with the family last night consisted of Clam Chowder, Shrimp Fettuccini, Chicken Parmigiana and what I had was Chicken Oscar. I have to say this is now my new favorite dish : CHICKEN OSCAR - pan-seared airline chicken breast, asparagus, PNW crab, wild rice pilaf, béarnaise sauce. It was filling and just delish! Service was fast. Ambience is laid back. Must try!

This is a typical casino restaurant with three menus depending on what time it is. We happened to hit the lunch menu which is 11am to 5pm. We were seated in a large half round booth so we were not crammed in. I had the prime rib melt and it was decent. The star of the table was the Wagyu burger the Mrs had. I should have had that. It was $25 but what isn't anymore? Burgers north of $20 seem to be the norm almost anywhere you go these days. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. She was also efficient and we tipped her well. There was enough food since the portions were decent sized. All in all it was a pleasant meal. One thing though. The entrance to the restaurant is accessed through the smoking section of the casino. You have to walk a short distance through. It but it isn't too bad.

Went out for an evening with the hubby. We were both craving seafood. We decided to head up the hill since it appeared we haven't been up there since the remodel. We had a small 15 minute wait but we never got the text when our table was ready. He had to go back to see what happen and we were seated immediately. We have a very nice waiter she was very pleasant and prompt with us reviewing the menu with questions. The prices are amazingly reasonable with the options so it took us a minute. One item we ordered was not at all good and she was able to take it off our ticket. Most definitely better then the buffet!!

    Wow salmon
    Robert K.

Came on for dinner around 4:30 pm on a Saturday night. The place is really upscale and clean. It's kind of cool to see the flanks of salmon they have cooking over an open fire towards the back of the restaurant. I got a cheeseburger and is was not too bad. The brioche bun was pretty good. But, the steak fries were limp and under cooked. She got the prime rib sandwich and she really liked it. It's was nice they serve you warm fresh bread with a blueberry butter as an appetizer. I was not expecting that. Our waitress was really sweet and she did a great job.

15.00 loaded tater tots. They give free bread we found out later. Won't go again, but if I did, I would never order an appetizer again.

So, don't repeat my mistake.

I stopped by while visiting Seattle and while the food situation was a bit chaotic (they had rotating menus because they were out of a few items), I ended up ordering a kimchi-inspired sandwich that I wanted to love...but it just didn't do it for me. Not inedible, maybe a 2/5, but I'd definitely try something else next time. My friend ordered what I think was the Garden Harvest Wrap (a staple on the menu), and that was more of a 3/5. Both dishes were served cold (intentionally), which I think made a difference, I could totally see them being much better if they were warm. Now let's talk about what is worth it: the mimosa flight. SO good. Like dangerously easy to sit there, sip through all of them, and forget any minor food disappointments. But honestly, the real star here is the ambiance. You're right on the water with the most effortless, breezy, coastal energy. Boats drifting by, sun hitting just right, people lingering over drinks--it's giving main character energy in the best way. I found myself wanting to stay way longer than planned and even doing some work while there. This is absolutely a spot I'd come back to, just with a strategy: eat before or after, and come here to sip, sit by the water, and take a little walk on the dock. 5 stars for the vibes alone

And with the bad, I strive to be positive on the experience that was good before giving suggestions or letting the owner know what fell short. I'm never out to bash a business. Rather, as an owner, if you pride yourself in customer service, you will take what a sincere Yelp Elite reviewer has to say, step back and see how you can improve. I just read the comments another reviewer posted a few days ago and saw that they were berated as well. I had nothing to gain from giving the review I did and it's unfortunate that you're no longer going to be in business, but there were two other people with me that came to this consensus. With that, I will reply to the unfortunate remarks slammed at me, the reviewer. Let me preface by saying I asked for a pic with the owner before tea service started. If it was said that we had a wonderful and lovely time, it was not by me but one of my friends who, when asked how everything was, couldn't think of anything else to say. Also, I wasn't going to express all of this in front of the owner at the time because I had others with me. So, to rebel and ask me if my mother is still alive and did she teach me to behave like this? Well, all I can say is your reaponse as a business owner is extremely childish and unprofessional. I didn't make the food. I reviewed it and if that means it's not the best review, so be it. It pains me not to give a business owner a good review because that's not what we as Elite members strive for. That said, lashing out is not the answer. At least I have the maturity and diplomacy to put these comments in without getting into a mud fight like you chose to do. Review..... My two girlfriends and I came here for afternoon tea. Since I'm the Yelp reviewer, I asked them for their input and so it was a consensus of the three of us. Here's what went right. It was nice to have a carafe of water at our table, there were beautiful flowers and dyed water to match in the vase, the teacups and saucers were very pretty, the owner was extremely nice. Here's what we thought needed a second look. The sign in the store advertised cheese and fruit for the afternoon tea but it didn't appear. When we asked we were told it didn't come with it but we could get some if we wanted. Please revise the sign as people do notice. Suggest you have a selection of three sandwiches rather than two of each. One was a small croissant filled with egg salad and if we hadn't been told that we thought it might be chicken. The other was a cucumber sandwich which although it's nice to have thin slices of cucumber, these were razor thin. Sort of disappointing that there was so little on a beautiful piece of bread. They scones were nothing special. Perhaps have something inside whether it be cranberry, currant etc. The sweets consisted of a Mexican wedding cake which was rather dry and was there a detection of almond extract? The orange macaron, as beautiful as it was, lacked flavor of orange. I was expecting a nice burst of something but it just wasn't there. The fondant on the petit four was much too thick, and sweet. Whatever fashion the raspberry is used, keep a bit of that tart flavor to offset the sweetness from the fondant. The effort was there, things just felt short.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!…read more Mother's Day and birthday- they had a limited menu with a set gratuity of 20% which may explain why the service was lacking. I was hoping this would be like a 4 star review- crappy service amazing food? Nope- bad service bad food over priced- We Made a reservation, and asked for window seat got seated in the worst seat possible table Right by the walkway and kitchen. We asked to move to one of 5 empty tables and we were told they were booked full- the attendant wouldn't even ask if we could switch tables- she did tell the manager we were unhappy and his response was to shrug and dismiss it. She had zero interest in ensuring we had a good experience. There should not have been any issue to move us to one of the other more preferred seats. As they were empty and many remained so while we were there. We ordered Tuxedo lobster ravioli - stuffed with lobster- warm flavor but very uninspiring- would not recommend - it was warm- not hot and the sauce was a bit congealed texture wise - the flavors truly were on the more bland side Crab stuffed salmon - delicious- buttery moist flakey salmon with delightful crab stuffing- garlic mash was spot on- favorite dish! If all dishes had been this delightful I would have been thrilled! Steak tuscano- bland- minimal sauce- both people who ordered it did not feel it was worth it at all- aldente noodles and well well wellll done steak- lacked flavor- the bacon jam was delightful but very little of it- the balsamic reduction was absent and the noodles were dry- none of us who tasted it thought it was good- edible but eh... Artichoke dip - good but not great- it was a bit runny- as in watery. Mild flavor main flavor artichoke very little crab or lobster- actually had to be told it was seafood artichoke- there was no sign of seafood- the RED... L has way better and more flavorful and that's sad to say. We opted to skip dessert thank goodness- sadly the reservation asks about special event for which we put birthday... but there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday- typically in a higher end type restaurant which they seem to claim to be- if you put the occasional they acknowledge that you're there for a birthday etc.- nope! The bottom line is- I've had way better meals with way better service at a way better price..... save the time, the money and your taste buds. And go some place that actually tries to accommodate simple reasonable requests and well quite frankly some place that still cares about customer service.
