Getting hit with the news that my less-than 8k miles-old brake system was not recalled but put on a TPS and would require an entire brake swap has got to be the WORSE answer to receive when you came in to fix a small squeak. Devonte sensed this, he understood what needed to be done, and could both feel and see my frustration for something out of my control. Instead of telling me it is what it is, too bad so sad, and/or them's the breaks, he asked for my keys and trust. 15 minutes later, he came out and said that I'm good to go. He worked with the team on a fix and it cost me ZERO dollars (I probably owe them for taking the amount of water bottles I did). I've been driving up and down LA with zero squeak and full confidence.
