Lexology gets it, they understand, they can be very black and white when it comes their services but they're extremely fair and competetive while having the retaining the highest caliber of confident. Nothing expressed this preamble of mine more than Devonte at Lexology. Getting hit with the news that my less-than 8k miles-old brake system was not recalled but put on a TPS and would require an entire brake swap has got to be the WORSE answer to receive when you came in to fix a small squeak. Devonte sensed this, he understood what needed to be done, and could both feel and see my frustration for something out of my control. Instead of telling me it is what it is, too bad so sad, and/or them's the breaks, he asked for my keys and trust. 15 minutes later, he came out and said that I'm good to go. He worked with the team on a fix and it cost me ZERO dollars (I probably owe them for taking the amount of water bottles I did). I've been driving up and down LA with zero squeak and full confidence. To give you an idea of this place, they have a beautiful building with a large lobby. Seems more like a club than an auto shop. The front desk is set up like a merch store at rock concert. They are selling their own branded merch. This is their vibe. This was simple. I brought my car in for rear brakes. They quoted $1,800. This didn't sound right. My 2018 IS350 F sport needed new struts since I ran up a curb a couple of times over the years. Arrrghh! Lexology was much more reasonable than taking my car to the dealership. They did a great job and on time as promised. I also had to get 3 new tires, one I had to get replaced last year since it had a puncture and wasn't able to patch. So a few weeks later I took my car back to Lexology to get 3 new tires. When I got the struts replaced, they told me if I get the tires from them, they won't charge me for alignment. Great. Got the new tires. You would think they'd check the tire pressure on the one tire that wasn't replaced when they installed the 3 new tires. Nope they didn't. The one tire was 3 PSI less than the three new tires. read more

I took my Hyundai Santa Fe to the shop. The trunk is automatic, but it wasn't opening. The official dealer wanted to charge me $3,000. I explained that I didn't have that amount and asked if they could offer a better price. Fernando and Sergio gave me the option to order aftermarket parts that they found for me. This review can never be as long as truly needed because the history of problems lexology solved for me is far too long to type. After over 6k in repairs elsewhere that left me with the same (and additional) problems 3 years later, I found Lexology and took my baby here. Mike and his team knew what they were doing and it took less than a week to fix problems that had been "unsolvable" for more than 3 years. I regret not taking my car to Lexology immediately when it first had an issue shifting. I thought my family mechanic would know what to do, but he just made things worse. My car needed an expert that knew what to do with an LS 430, not an auto mechanic. An expert is what I finally got at lexology. I love my car, and I feel guilty about the the way it was treated BEFORE I took it to lexology. When I picked it up last week and it felt like butter again driving home I was in tears. This review is being written because I hadn't felt so much joy driving my car since 2021. It drives just like the first day I got it, and it took them no time at all. I will be back if I ever need anything again. Getting the correct diagnosis from an expert is the key to keeping the cost of the repair down, and lexology found the issue and fixed it for a reasonable price, saving me time and money.
