Got a nail in my tire that was leaking air slowly and found this shop close to my place. Decided to check it out because of the stellar reviews. I called because they close at 6 and I was going to be there around 5:45. Super accommodating and told me to come on in. Make sure you drive up Bonnie Brae st and not Ocean as that is where the entrance is. I got there and Raphael got to work on my car almost immediately. There are not enough good things I can say about this place. I was getting a low tire warning on my vehicle and after driving by the dealership, they told me I would likely need to get a new tire as the hole was too close to the side wall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I decided to call Ocean Tire and the gentleman I spoke with told me to bring my car in, and that they can take a look at it within 10 minutes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did just that and they looked at it, plugged up the hole in about 5 minutes, and then told me there was no charge. I was driving when I noticed my low tire pressure light was on. When I got home I checked my Toyota app and saw it was my right rear tire. When I took a look I found a nail in the tire. By then it was 5:30 pm on a Friday and I knew most tire stores closed at 6 pm. I decided to call Ocean Tire since they were still open and I had used them several years ago. Ocean Tire is amazing! My low tire pressure light came on and wouldn't go off, even though the tire pressure was fine. I couldn't reset the warning light. I went to Ocean and they stopped what they were doing on a busy day to check all tires, all tire sensors, and run diagnostics. Nothing was wrong, but he was able to reset the light and send me on my way. This is the second time I've taken my car to Ocean for something, and I will only be taking my car there for service from now on. Steve saves the day! Yesterday I noticed a sound coming from my rear right tire. This morning I inspected the tire to find that I had something lodged in my tire. I had a meeting this morning so I frantically called to see if I could get my car in to get looked at. Steve told me to come right in, they took the screw off immediately, plugged the tire and added air to all of my tires and sent me on my way! These guys are honest and fast. I came to them also about a year and a half ago because my tire sensor light wouldn't go off. I had taken the car in for an estimate at a large chain tire company in Hermosa and they recommended a whole bunch of repairs that I didn't need.
