My car was dead because of major engine issues and I needed a tow after waiting for another towing company that my insurance company contracted but never showed up. My insurance company then gave me these gentlemen's number and immediately someone picked up. I told them I was given their number from USAA as a trusted towing company and they immediately took my details and gave me an eta of 10 mins and actually showed up in 6! The drivers connected my vehicle in minutes and we were off to the location. Their pricing was honest , upfront and fair. In the future I will call them directly first , since most auto insurance will reimburse if its one of their trusted partners like this company. I used this business for an oil change for the first time in 2024. The service wasn't exceptional…read morebut was good enough to go back to them in 2025 for the same service. I regretted it. After doing the oil change, there was a problem with a system light being constantly on when I left the business which wasn't an issue before. Called the owner who told me to come back another day at a particular time; which I did. When I got there, I was told to come back later in the day as the only person who could address the situation was out to lunch. When I returned, the guy who was to fix the problem had an indifferent attitude to my situation, did something with a handheld device and said the problem was resolved. When I got in the car, it wasn't. The owner suggested that I drive the car and it will go away, which I insisted that I wasn't going to do. He also suggested I give his employee extra money as a tip and rushing me to get out so that other vehicles can get in to be serviced (It's a small service area). I insisted that the situation had to be resolved before leaving, but I will not patronize that business again. I will resume going to the Audi dealership where I usually go. I don't like poor service and being hustled for money when I already paid for a service and the technicians created a service problem that wasn't there before.

I had to youtube and tell him how to find the battery. When he found the battery (under the passenger seat) he fried my battery! There were sparks all over and the car horn went off. I had to get the car serviced from Mercedes later which cost me several hundred to replace. I will be following up with a lawsuit shortly if I do not get reimbursed for these damages.

(They never actually showed) While I was waiting Gill had pulled over asked if me and my cousin were okay and gave us his information in case we needed a tow. The accident was at 7pm, by about 1AM me and my cousins finally had enough and called Gill. He came and towed our car immediately. Since it was the lady's fault he said don't worry about the cost of the tow or anything and that he would deal with the insurance company. After about two weeks I was made aware the lady had lied to the insurance company and they would not cover my car. I called Gill in a panic and explained I really needed my car and although I was almost positive it was totaled I asked if he could take a look and give me a price. He called me within to days with an unbelievable price. He told me he could have the car fixed by the next week and he would call and keep me posted. I was very surprised considering the frame was bent in the front, the radiator, the condenser, and the fan belts all had to be replaced and the bumper and lights were dangling off the car. Although it all sounded to good to be true I waiting and sure enough he called the following week and the car was ready. Everything was fixed and the car has been running great, not to add he was able to use my old grill and lights and reattach them since they weren't smashed to save me some money. Lastly, the day I went to pick the car up I had to take and subway and then a bus. It wasn't easy for me to get to the shop without the car. Gill offered to pick me up in my car which not only saved me a ton of time but also allowed me to see it and make sure it felt okay while driving. This place is awesome. This whole accident was such a nightmare for me and Gill had made the whole situation so much better. Its nice to no theres honest shops out there still.
