Wow! Mr. Hook Towing saved the day!…read more First, they picked up the phone right away and immediately asked important questions I hadn't thought about. After assessing the difficulty of the tow (a vehicle without keys, parked on a residential street in-between two other parked cars) they quoted a totally fair and reasonable price. Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Then, ini minutes, I was able to pay over the phone and got an emailed receipt. Being that I was out of town when all this happened, you can imagine what a relief it was to receive such thoughtful, professional, and quality service. I'm so glad I called Mr. Hook Towing! They look a challenging situation and made it easy and stress-free. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

He was professional the whole time, arrived on schedule, was easy to talk to, and clearly knew his job. His truck was clean and the equipment looked well-kept, which was important to me since my bike was already damaged and I wanted it handled with care. He loaded it up gently and delivered it without any new scratches. This was honestly one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. Damon was friendly and polite, and it didn't just feel like a business deal. It felt like he really cared about doing a good job. I've already saved his number in my phone for the future, though I hope I won't need it. If you need a reliable motorcycle tow in NYC, I recommend Damon.

I have a driveway I pay good money for and jackasses seem to have zero respect for this, its not hidden, its quite freaking obvious. I mean Mr Magoo would see it and Im not even joking. Yet they still block it even after the landlord paid for the driveway to be widened all legal and everything yet still people try to squeeze into a spot that you cannot even fit a smart car into, a motorcycle longways would be too wide and yet idiots park there blocking my driveway by half a car. This leads to a 1 hour minimum wait for the NYPD to come out and ticket it but once thats done Hook & Go are super fast to get it removed. Ive used them twice 2 remove cars from my blocked driveway, they are there in 30 mins or a bit less and Im deep in Queens with them based in the opposite end of Brooklyn. Im still shocked how fast they are here and gone with the offending car. They take pictures of everything, and seem quite thorough in what they do. Would recommend to anyone with towing needs especially blocked driveway removal done by the book.
