Unfortunately, I couldn't for the life of me remember where or who I went to. I called Stripped because they seemed to be the best in the area and they put me with Elena and she KILLED IT! I was beyond impressed! This morning I went to make a review on google about how amazing my brows turned out because girl deserves her props and it turns out that she is the exact person I went to two years ago! I guess I had made a review then too (my memory is REALLY bad, obviously lmao)! I feel bad I didn't remember but how cool is that! The universe has such a fun way of bringing you back to people! She is so kind and talented and I recommend her and Stripped if you are looking for an instant confidence boost! Thank you AGAIN Elena!!

Came here last weekend to get my nails done. I don't usually get them done anymore because…read moreeverywhere I go they just use e-files on my natural nail and destroy my nail beds. I tried this place out after reading reviews of a few different ones in my area. I was serviced by Lena (hope I spelled that right). She was amazing!! She explained things so well to me, kept telling me I have strong and beautiful natural nails, helped me decide which design to choose for the cat eye gels when I was indecisive. I needed some TLC on my heels too and she used this homemade rose scented sugar scrub exfoliant and really just did great work. Pretty sure she also practiced some TCM on my hand's and feet's pressure points. I turned on the massager and closed my eyes lol. I was truly in heaven. She's very kind and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Detail oriented and I could see she was taking extra care to not let any gel cure on my skin. I love how they came out. The color also changes hues in different lighting. It's so cool! Might be worth to mention that it's been only a week and the gel has started to chip off on one of the nails, but I also work with my hands, so maybe that's why. def want to come back and try again soon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LEFT IN TEARS AND THE MANAGER "BEN" DIDNT GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD…read more he kept saying "this is the latest I've stayed at work" in a rush the whole time doing my nails left them so horrible looking like I still needed a fill. Left nails sticky and not fully painted. when I brought it to his attention he stated "you got a fill it's not going to be perfect " and that the sides messed up because of the filing and not once offered to fix them because (he was rushing to go home) then as I'm paying for something Im not happy with the lady ringing me up gasped when she tapped my card then called the manager. I asked what's the issue? and they stated nothing. I went to my car checked my account and turns out they charged me $828!!!!!!!!!! on top of my bill! and not once mention it to me nor saying it was an accident or apologize. I go back inside and ask why did they charge me that much and why didn't they say anything when it happened and Ben (the managers) response was "it's not a problem on our end.. it's up to yourbank" if I wouldn't have checked my account they wouldn't have ever told me about that transaction or reversed it! I told him I will NEVER come back all he said was " that's okay" I said your whole service was rushed. I went with the mindset of having a nice mother daughter spa night with my 7year old daughter instead left in tears with a BAD EXPERIENCE UGLY NAILS AND PRETTY MUCH ROBBED ME $828!!!!!!!! The banter between customers and the staff was fun and made this a place you want to visit and come back. The prices were as to be expected and the staff all gave an estimate as they started which I appreciate. My daughter had picked out a nail design and Steven was able to match it perfectly. I expressed concerns about a possible reaction to acrylics and Mia was able to suggest an alternative that allows me the longer nail I wanted. She also was able to recreate a design I picked.
