Yes, they said and I set up an appointment for them to come get the fixture and discuss the repair in more detail. The guy never showed. Then when I texted him 1/2 hour after the appointment time he had some jack ass song and dance for me which was foolishly ridiculous because all he had to do was text me or call me earlier that day and say he could not make the appointment and needed to reschedule.

Since the purchase was at Rainbow Lighting, I naturally spoke with the principal there, named Mati. He investigated it and checked and researched, and it took almost one year. He finally found what he was looking for. I brought him the chandelier and his guys replaced the lighting parts. I picked it up and installed it in my dining room and it was PERFECT! I cannot thank Mati enough for his efforts to please my wife and I. This was our 3rd purchase from them, and we plan to go back for all our lighting needs in the future.

They come with a rote control that has a transmitter that fits up in the ceiling casing, 3 hours later, and barely with it still not sitting right, we are still trouble shooting it. We have installed numerous ceiling fans over 35 years, this one is the most frustrating! We may just take it down before we unbox the rest and take them all back to Minards. ​Don't buy Patriot lighting with out doing your home work. Lesson learned!!!

I called 800 number included with install instructions and the lady I spoke to said they were sending me a replacement dome, it came very QUICKLY. It is the same as original, same gooy adhesive that will certainly fail again. I'll clean the parts with denatured alcohol and use a quality adhesive like loctite power grab. I will likely drill holes in the plastic so adhesive will have something to grip onto.

The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience. The electrician could not fix it. I called the company, they could not fix it and they knew of no one who could. I brought it to Brooklyn Lamp Repair on 65th St. in Brooklyn, NY. Its a typical Brooklyn shop with items from the 1800's to todays modern lamps. The owner, Eddie was fantastic ! He took my sconce apart, looked it over, and told me to come back in two days. He got rid of the inside LED strip and transformer and rewired it to accept a dimmable LED bulb. Eddie and his wife were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Two days later I picked it up and walked out smiling.
