Hello neighbors -- WARNING I hired someone from this app to work on my yard. At first, there were multiple excuses (truck problems, delays, etc.). He eventually came and dug up the area (see pictures below), took a $600 deposit, and promised to return the next day to finish the job. Unfortunately, he never showed up. I called and texted multiple times with no response. He later called and said he would come yesterday to finish, but once again, he did not show up. His name is Izzy Ponce At this point, I may have to contact an attorney and take legal action. I used this company for my backyard. gave him a deposit because he needed the money to get supplies to start the next day. izzy said it would be a 3 day job and did not show up the next day due to truck issues. he eventually showed up and they had to pull up my fake grass to pour the concrete in which they stated they would be able to fix and put back to normal once job was finished. they needed to come back a third time to get their garbage they left behind and clean up a little and fix the grass. multiple texts/calls were made with excuses from izzy or just no response from him at all. he never came back to clean or fix my grass. we are very disappointed after paying him in full with him not finishing the job like he promised. we will NEVER use him again and hopefully everyone reads this and stays away from him!!! read more

Izzy recently installed concrete in my backyard and did an amazing job! After weeks and weeks of estimates we picked him! He matched our best quote we received and was really fast with his response time. After finailzing the design and going over the quote he started the very NEXT DAY! We wanted everyone to know what kind of experience we had with Izzy's yard work service on a stamped cement patio and cement floor installation in our sunroom in Citrus Heights area a few weeks ago. Izzy started by giving us a very reasonable estimate on the work we needed done and we accepted his bid. He then came to our house and prepared the areas to be cemented and stamped the very day that he said he would. He then came back the next day and brought three hard workers to pour and finish the job very fast. He completed the job as explained in his estimate bid when he said he would. The stamped cement turn out great in both areas that he and his crew worked on and we are very happy with the finished job and his price. We found Izzy on Craigslist for a quote for a 500sqft patio in our backyard. Izzy was very quick to respond and showed up the next day to take measurements and give us a quote. We felt that his price was extremely reasonable, so we decided to go ahead with the job. Izzy and his team started on a Saturday morning. They worked so hard in the blazing heat, and got all the prep for the concrete done. They came back on Sunday morning with the concrete truck and got to work immediately. My husband and I were watching and it was amazing to see how they got it done. Once finished, they cleaned everything up as if they were never there. Izzy came back on the Monday to pick up the form boards and see how the slab was. Not only was he so quick to respond to the initial call, but they got the job done VERY fast and it looks AMAZING! Izzy was the best price I had found. He sent me a quote right away based off my measurements and a picture. I accepted and he started the next day. Him and his crew worked late into the day to finish the parking pad. I was however disappointed on the mess they left behind. I waited several days for him to come back and pull the forms. My wife and I are first time home owners and were searching to have some concrete work done in our yard. I had multiple people come to quote the work and I just so happened to stumble across Izzy's page on craigslist. I called him up and he was friendly and easy to speak to on the phone. When he gave us his quote I felt that it was very fair and right within the ballpark of the other quotes. But what stood out to me was how professional and honest he was. We want to acknowledge the outstanding product and team that installed our concrete . We were scheduled to be on vacation when an installation opening came up a week before we were to leave. I was a little apprehensive to start the project so close to us leaving town, but was assured that the job would be completed before we departed.
