Two days ago, I found a rat in my apartment and completely freaked out. I called this company, and he was at my door within 30 minutes the very same day. That level of responsiveness alone was incredible and immediately helped put my mind at ease.
From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. I told him he didn't need to wear boot covers because I have tile floors, but he put them on anyway out of respect for my home. Those little things matter and say a lot about a person's character.
He was polite, well-mannered, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very kind to my dogs, which I always appreciate. He worked efficiently, didn't make a mess, and left my home exactly as he found it.
